Manchester United ignites Vinicius chase with a colossal weekly wage, aiming to lure him from Real Madrid's strained negotiations.

The situation has become extremely tense and sensitive because the relationship between Real Madrid and Vinicius is going through its worst moment. The Brazilian is demanding a galactic contract renewal, while the club's board is not willing to grant it. The differences between the request and the offer, in principle, seem insurmountable because the contract ends in June 2027, and Vinicius is considering leaving as a free agent, something Real Madrid wants to avoid at all costs.

In that context, Vinicius has been strongly linked with a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Chelsea, and especially Saudi Arabia. However, the one who stepped forward was none other than Manchester United.

The English club believes it is facing a unique opportunity to sign Vinicius and make it an absolute game-changer amid the sporting crisis the club has been experiencing for years. From United's top management, they consider that bringing Vinicius to the Premier League would be a leap in quality for the team and fundamentally for the economic aspect, due to what the Brazilian can generate.

In this context and according to various English media outlets, Manchester United would be willing to give him the contract he seeks: around €500,000 per week, that is, a figure close to €25 million per season. In addition to that, the final amount could increase with performance bonuses up to €30 million annually.

Meanwhile, Vinicius has remained silent for months. The forward has not wanted to talk about his future because he knows that any word could change this story. Despite this, Real Madrid remains firm in renewing his contract but not giving him the salary he demands.

Florentino Perez and Jose Angel Sanchez are clear that making Vinicius the highest-paid player in a dressing room full of egos could be a time bomb. Both internally assure that the next transfer window, after the 2026 World Cup, will be decisive for this story because if they cannot renew the contract, Vinicius will leave for free or for a very low price.

Manchester United decided to accelerate after reports of Manchester City making contact to negotiate with Vini. The player's entourage already knows the contract figures United can offer; now everything depends on the Brazilian giving the green light for club-to-club negotiations: Real Madrid is asking for €150 million.
