Manchester United’s revival under Michael Carrick is just the beginning.

Manchester United is one of the clubs that has invested more in the football world in recent years. The Red Devils also invested heavily last summer and bought several players in order to raise the level of the team.

The Red Devils started the season under the guidance of Ruben Amorim, and under him, the club faced many difficulties that led to the club firing Amorim and hiring an interim coach, former team legend Michael Carrick.

Under Michael Carrick, United has achieved outstanding results, and the team has performed much better. Also, the players are enjoying playing under Carrick, and the Red Devils with Michael Carrick haven’t lost a match yet. United are inside the top four and will do everything in order to achieve the objective of qualification for the next edition of the UEFA Champions League.

Not only the players but also the club are preparing plans for the upcoming summer transfer market. In the January transfer window, the Red Devils didn’t make any signings, and in the summer, this will be totally different. United will invest a lot, and one area where the club is looking for reinforcements is the midfield.

The Red Devils' scouts are looking at a range of profiles, both inside and outside the league. One player that United is following closely is Aston Villa's star, Morgan Rogers. He is one of Aston Villa's most important players and has played a significant role in the club's recent successes under Emery.

Rogers joined Aston Villa in 2024, and his contract expires in 2031. Since arriving at Aston Villa, Rogers has played a total of 108 matches, scoring 27 goals and providing 24 assists. This season, Morgan has played 38 matches, scoring 10 goals and providing 7 assists.

Morgan Rogers is an attacking midfielder who understands the game very well. He can score goals in different ways and see his teammates' movements. The Red Devils see Rogers as a perfect reinforcement and as a player who can add a lot of attacking threat.

Manchester United is ready to invest heavily in order to secure the services of the attacking midfielder. On the other hand, Aston Villa doesn’t want to lose an important part of their team, but could be forced to sell their star player due to financial constraints.

The offer that may obligate Aston Villa to sell the player is around 100 million pounds. The player is happy at Aston Villa, but if a good offer comes in, he would be open to leaving the club and starting a new adventure in his career. The only thing is to wait and see how much Manchester United is willing to offer to reach an agreement with Villa for the attacking midfielder.
