Manchester United have reportedly enquired about the highly rated youngster who is also wanted by Arsenal and Liverpool.

Manchester United enquire about highly Belgian winger

As it seems Manchester United are perfectly on track to secure a top four spot in the Premier League at the end of this season as they are currently placed third in the league table, while sitting five and six points clear of fifth placed Liverpool and sixth placed Chelsea respectively.

United's recent victory against Aston Villa looks to have tremendously boosted the squad's morale as the Michael Carrick led side has now won all their games against the three sides who has been a constant on top of the league table this season and Old Trafford has once again turned into a fortress for the Red's as they are undefeated at home since Carrick's takeover at the start of the year.

Bruno Fernandes once again reminded everyone at Man United of his quality on the pitch, despite rumors of the Portuguese superstar's exit making the rounds now and then.

Fernandes has now provided 16 assists in the league so far this season which makes him top the top assist maker in the EPL, recording double the number of assists to that of second placed Rayan Cherki but surprisingly his numbers are 13 ahead of the seconds best assist provider at United with Diogo Dalot providing only three assists in the league so far this season.

Now according to Sky Sport's Sacha Tavolieri (h/t GiveMeSport), United have reportedly enquired about at an official level for Ajax winger Mika Godts who could lend a hand in Bruno's efforts in providing quality balls for the attackers next season.

Godts has been a regular starter for the Dutch side this season, scoring 14 goals and providing 10 assists in all competitions, despite Ajax's inconsistent campaign so far, as they currently sit fourth in the Eredivisie, 21 points behind first-placed Eindhoven!

The current season has been a breakthrough campaign for the 20-year-old as rumors of interest from Liverpool and Arsenal made the headlines during the winter transfer window. United's enquiry could lead to a significant hike in Ajax's asking price for Godts, as he is under contract with the Dutch side till the summer of 2029.

Godts is known for his ability to take on defenders while playing from the left side of the pitch, similar to Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho, who are expected to leave Old Trafford permanently during the summer. United look to add the youngster to the long list of Ajax players, including Edwin van der Sar, Daley Blind, Matthijs de Ligt, Eriksen, and others, who have also played for the Reds.
