The D-day has arrived for Paris Saint-Germain as they are set to face Inter Milan in the Champions League final at Allianz Arena. Both teams have already arrived in Munich and are preparing to take on the field. In a matchup where there is no clear favourite, PSG will have to be at their best to finally bring the coveted European trophy to the French capital.

All eyes will be on Ousmane Dembele, who has been undoubtedly the best player for PSG this campaign, as he looks to pass this final litmus test.

Prior to the final against Inter Milan, Dembele addressed the media in a press conference, where he discussed the team’s approach to this crucial matchup. He said:

"There is a lot of pride in being here in the final. It hasn't been easy, but it's exceptional to be here in Munich. We know how excited the people of Paris are about this match. We are approaching this final with a lot of seriousness but also a lot of joy. We will have to control our emotions. We're excited, but we need to stay calm and focused. We need to smile too, because these are incredible moments. I think that will be one of the keys to tomorrow's match."

Ever since PSG’s manager, Luis Enrique, has shifted Dembele to a more central position, the Frenchman has been wrecking havoc to the enemy defences.

Throughout this season, Dembele has been spearheading PSG’s attack. He has scored eight goals and provided four assists in the Champions League alone. It remains to be seen if he can add to that tally in the final.
