Paris Saint-Germain are currently the team to beat in World football and PSG's youngsters have been the one pulling the strings this season. One cannot shy away from the fact that Luis Enrique's vote of confidence in the young guns has produced results throughout the season.

Players like Desire Doue, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Bradley Barcola have been sensational and are still proving to be pivotal for the team as PSG reached the Semifinals of the FIFA Club World Cup where they will face Real Madrid on Wednesday.

The PSG management are looking to build a strong grassroots system where they are looking to develop players for the future. A few names are making the rounds and one of them is 18-year-old Naoufel El Hannach who is already considered to be one of the brightest talents coming out of the PSG youth system.

The defender has been loaned out to Montpellier, who currently plays in the French Ligue 2 and Hannach is expected to see more action there which will help him develop his skills.

The young Moroccan has been a part of PSG since he was seven years old and has been progressing through the ranks since then. Hannach made his mark in the under-19 squad where he featured in 43 matches, scoring two goals and providing one assist.

During last season's pre-season campaign the Moroccan international trained with the first team and also featured in two friendlies. The youngster has also made his international debut with the Moroccan national team, winning a string of caps for the U20s since September 2024. In May 2025, he was part of the Moroccan squad that reached the final of the African U20 Cup.

Now with his loan move to Montpellier, Hannach will look to develop his skills as a defender who can play both centrally and in the full back positions and surely he will look to return to first team as quickly as possible and become PSG's main man at the back someday.
