Sociedad at the half.

A superb start to the European Adventure. I’m so pleased to see such a strong lineup out there.Sep 17, 2026

Everton at the half

It’s been a great watch so far. Good performances everywhere, especially Petro, Eva, and Scott. With a lead and him on a yellow, I might substitute Smith at the break.Aug 29, 2026

Alternate Crests

I have noticed many teams wearing shirts with alternate versions of their crest so far this season. I can think of Man. Utd., Chelsea, Arsenal, and Leicester off the top of my head. Many of these are simplified to elements of the traditional crest. Sheffield Wednesday changed their crest to a less-elaborate version of their owl (I think one they had used previously.)I like these as a change of pace. The new AFCB alternate crest is part of this "fashion" trend, though ours is not a simplified version. The white shirts will look great on television, which is how I see them. For that matter, the stripes look fine on TV, and the purple one will as well, even with the pink blob.Aug 26, 2026

Bournemouth Points Projection

I like to make infographics of various football data. I'm going to be sharing them on my Substack, including the ones relating to AFCB. This is the first one of the new season.Aug 21, 2026
