Following the end of the 2025/26 campaign, AFC Bournemouth Women have announced that Kenni Thompson, Gemma McGuinness, Amber Treweek, Molly Barron-Clark, Ellie Strippel, Erin Foley and Phoebe Williams will all leave the club.

The departing group played a major part in one of the most successful eras in the side’s history, helping the Cherries grow both competitively on the pitch and structurally behind the scenes.

The campaign also represented another step forward for Bournemouth Women off the pitch. Helen Bleazard initially arrived in the summer before being appointed the club’s first full-time head coach in March on a three-year contract, underlining the club’s long-term ambitions.
