Marco Rose loves wingers who press intently, can float around the forward line and leave width on the wings for the flying fullbacks. Doak is so explosive with his pace off the mark, loves to cut inside onto his right foot to leave room for either fullback to overlap and has looked like an incredibly hard worker whenever he has got minutes, albeit very limited.
