The global HR platform expands its commercial ties with the Gunners, moving from digital operations to a prominent multi-year shirt branding role starting next season.

Arsenal have confirmed Deel as the club’s new Official Sleeve Partner from the 2026/27 season, expanding their existing relationship with the global payroll and HR platform.

The multi-year agreement will see Deel’s branding appear on Arsenal shirts from next season. The company has already been part of the club’s commercial setup since December, when it was announced as Arsenal’s Official HR Platform Partner.

That earlier deal saw Arsenal confirm they would use Deel’s platform to support HR operations across the club. Deel branding was also introduced across Emirates Stadium and the club’s digital channels for home matches in the Premier League, Women’s Super League, FA Cup and League Cup.

The sleeve partnership now gives the company a much more prominent position.

For Arsenal, it is another commercial agreement confirmed before the 2026/27 campaign, with the club adding a new name to the matchday shirt while continuing its long-running front-of-shirt partnership with Emirates and kit agreement with Adidas.

Speaking as part of the announcement, Arsenal chief commercial officer Juliet Slot said the club were pleased to extend the partnership with Deel, having first welcomed the company into Arsenal’s commercial network last year.

“We’re delighted to expand our partnership with Deel as they become our Official Sleeve Partner,” Slot told Arsenal’s official website. “Since joining our Arsenal family last year, Deel has been a brilliant and innovative partner who are helping us achieve what we want to deliver across our club.”

Deel co-founder and chief executive Alex Bouaziz said the agreement was the next step in the company’s relationship with Arsenal.

“When we partnered with Arsenal last year, we said this was just the beginning,” Bouaziz said. “Arsenal and Deel are both driven by ambition, innovation, and a desire to operate on a global scale. Becoming the club’s Official Sleeve Partner is an incredibly proud moment for us.”
