Max Dowman has been presented with a staggering three Guinness World Record titles, after his achievements for Arsenal last campaign.

Arsenal youngster Max Dowman has been presented with three Guinness World Records titles following a remarkable year since his competitive debut in the Gunners’ 5-0 victory over Leeds United last August.

The England youth international came off the bench and won a penalty in that match, which Viktor Gyökeres converted as his second goal for the club since arriving from Sporting CP.

Dowman went on to record five further Premier League appearances in Arsenal's title-winning campaign, in addition to three UEFA Champions League appearances on their road to the final, which they narrowly lost to Paris Saint-Germain on penalties in May.

The club rewarded the youngster for his efforts in January, as he signed a pre-contract agreement that will lead to him putting pen to paper on professional terms later this year when he turns 17 in December.

To recognise his record-breaking achievements, he was presented with three Guinness World Record certificates at the club's Sobha Realty Training Centre.

His first certificate was awarded for becoming the youngest player to appear in the UEFA Champions League, a feat he achieved at 15 years, 308 days, in a comfortable away win over Slavia Prague during a perfect league phase campaign.

The second came after his iconic solo run in Arsenal's late victory over Everton, where he became the youngest Premier League goalscorer in history. The match was heading for a stalemate, but the youngster played a role in Viktor Gyökeres' opener before sealing the victory in the 97th minute.

Dowman punished Everton’s last-minute desperation from a corner by racing from outside his own box, beating two players and rolling into an empty net to confirm three vital points in the title race, a goal supporters later voted Arsenal’s Goal of the Season.

On the final day of the club's historic campaign, the midfielder became the league's youngest starter in the victory over Crystal Palace, and whilst he didn't receive a Guinness World Records accolade for the feat, he was presented with his final certificate for becoming the youngest player to win the Premier League title, lifting the trophy later that afternoon.

Due to his accomplishments, Dowman features in the Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027 as part of the book's Class of '27, released today.

The 16-year-old will hope to make a further impact on Arsenal's trophy ambitions this season as they look to retain the Premier League title for the first time in their history, and lift the Champions League trophy, which has so far eluded north London.

However, he was forced to withdraw from the England under-19s squad earlier this week due to injury, though it is not thought he will be sidelined for long as the Gunners prepare to host Leeds United on their return from the international break.
