In the meantime, Watford Women lifted the title after beating Gwalia 3-1, meaning that Bournemouth can only focus on finishing second, which would secure a play-off.
Plymouth today won 5-0 and sit six points ahead of Cherries with a better goal difference of +5, with the Pilgrims having one game to go - against Real Bedford away.
