Brentford's 2026/27 FPL prices put Igor Thiago at £8.0m, with Caoimhín Kelleher and Nathan Collins also rewarded after strong seasons.
Igor Thiago will cost Fantasy Premier League managers £8.0m for the 2026/27 season after his prolific second campaign at Brentford.
The Brazilian’s price has risen £2.0m from where he started last summer, putting him well clear as Brentford’s priciest asset under Keith Andrews. The reason is clear: 22 Premier League goals, 181 FPL points, and no outfield player at the club came close to matching him.
It is a substantial adjustment, but Thiago’s role still gives him a case at the new price. He is the focal point of Brentford’s attack, takes penalties and registered 41 big chances last season, 19 more than any team-mate. Nine of his league goals came from the spot, reinforcing both the value and the risk attached to selecting him at £8.0m.
The opening fixtures might tempt a few managers, too. Brentford kick off the season at home against Tottenham, before facing Leeds United, Sunderland, Bournemouth and Chelsea. On paper, that’s a run with an average Fixture Difficulty Rating of 2.8, second-easiest in the league.
Dango Ouattara leads the midfield options at £6.5m after a debut campaign that brought 136 points, seven goals and three assists. Kevin Schade, who found the net eight times and finished on 125 points, is a touch cheaper at £6.0m.
Whilst new signing Jaidon Anthony has also been placed in the £6.0m bracket, Mikkel Damsgaard and Mathias Jensen are among the options at £5.5m.
Keane Lewis-Potter’s reclassification stands out more than his price. Now listed as a midfielder at £5.5m, he loses the clean sheet points he once enjoyed as a defender, and his goals are worth a little less. Still, if he nails down a starting spot in attack, he could be worth a look.
Caoimhín Kelleher’s price climbs to £5.0m after he finished as FPL’s second-highest scoring goalkeeper last season. Ten clean sheets, 110 saves and three penalty stops helped him to 143 points, proving there was more than one way for managers to get value from him.
Nathan Collins tops the defenders at £5.5m after a 129-point season, while Sepp van den Berg is set at £5.0m.
Michael Kayode could be the more intriguing pick at the back. The Italy international is priced at £4.5m after matching Van den Berg’s 113 points last season. Kristoffer Ajer, Rico Henry, Aaron Hickey and Ethan Pinnock are all available at the same budget-friendly price.
There’s no single standout bargain here. Instead, Brentford’s prices leave managers with three clear routes: splash out for Thiago’s goals, weigh up the mid-priced attackers, or hunt for value among the £4.5m defenders.
