The team news is in from Stamford Bridge as Chelsea and Bournemouth face each other in the Premier League
Xabi Alonso has named his Chelsea side to face AFC Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge on October 10.
Chelsea are hoping to secure their first Premier League win in four games after a run of three without victory - one draw and two defeats.
It's been a chaotic start to the season for the Blues, who have conceded a league-high 12 goals but are free-scoring, with 10 goals scored.
Alonso's side have had three weeks to analyse, find areas of improvement, but most importantly, recover those who have been absent through injury.
They welcome a Bournemouth side, now managed by Marco Rose, to west London who are without a league victory from their opening five games. They are one of three sides yet to win this season, along with Fulham and Tottenham.
Chelsea will fancy their chances against the Cherries. They are unbeaten in their past nine league games against Bournemouth (four wins, five draws), with each of the last three ending level.
Alonso admitted Chelsea 'need to win' against Bournemouth, as he looks to avoid the pressure of a continued winless run, particularly given their remaining October schedule.
In terms of team news, Chelsea have been boosted by the returns of Marco Palestra, Moises Caicedo, Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro.
Reece James is not in the squad. Palestra makes the bench. Caicedo, Palmer and Joao Pedro all start.
As expected, Emiliano Martinez continues in goal and will be keen to claim his first clean sheet since joining the club from Aston Villa.
Alonso continues to show trust inhis back three, lining up with Maxence Lacroix, Wesley Fofana and Levi Colwill.
Pep Chavarria and Pedro Neto start. Caicedo is joined by Jordan Henderson.
The usual front three for Chelsea. Morgan Rogers is lined up with Palmer and Joao Pedro. Palmer will be keen to impress after his new contract.
