After adding a new loss in the league, Chelsea must look to take the victory in all of their remaining matches of the season, but they will not be easy opponents.

Chelsea fell by the minimum difference to Manchester United on matchday 33 of the Premier League. After this result, the Blues remained on 48 points and are currently in sixth place in the overall standings, outside the Champions League spots.

Liam Rosenior's team had a season full of ups and downs and will look to close it out in the best possible way, qualifying for the next edition of the UEFA Champions League. Below are the next five matches for the London club.

Brighton vs. Chelsea, Premier League matchday 34 (April 21)

However, Forest has shown itself to be competitive against top-half teams, picking up key points on the road.

Liverpool vs. Chelsea, Premier League matchday 36 (May 9)
