With the summer transfer window now fully officially underway, here are all the updates you need when it comes to Chelsea incomings and outgoings.

The transfer window has officially been open for a minute now. Although deals do get wrapped before it has even started, it really does start to get serious once the window is open. So, with that in mind, here is your latest Chelsea transfer briefing.

To kick things off, David Ornstein of The Athletic is reporting that highly rated youngster Mahdi Nicoll-Jazuli has agreed scholarship terms with the club, in what is said to be a big boost.

There is still a lot of frustration that Rio Ngumoha, who impressed for Liverpool last season and made his England senior debut last month, was allowed to slip the net and leave for the Merseyside outfit two years ago, so this is encouraging. Ornstein reports that there was a lot of interest in the 16-year old from leading European clubs. He will sign a pro contract once he turns 17.

Meanwhile, there is an update on the interest in Maxence Lacroix, which has gone quiet of late. Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Chelsea are "maintaining active contacts" for the player. He says the two important things are that 1) Palace are asking for "big money", and 2) they need to find a replacement.

Elsewhere, Bobby Vincent of Mirror Sport says that Chelsea will have a 15% sell on clause in the deal that sees Tyrique George join Everton permanently for a fee of £24m (£18m + £6m in add ons).

As for another update from Romano, he is reporting that Serie A side Como are interested in signing Mamadou Sarr on loan, whilst there is plenty of interest from other clubs. Chelsea's stance remains to be seen - they do trust him for the future.

Well, that would be the third Chelsea centre back that Cesc Fabregas' side are interested in this summer, with there having already been reports regarding Trevoh Chalobah and Tosin.

And well, as for the line about the club trusting him for the future, well they have a very funny way of showing it. Having had a very productive first half of last season on loan at Strasbourg, he was recalled in January and played 300 minutes across all competitions in half a season. A complete waste of time.

So, a loan would be very good. And this time, if things are going well, don't recall him in January just for the sake of it. That would be a very bad idea.

The Guardian are reporting that Manchester United are interested in Andrey Santos, with Newcastle United also monitoring. The club are said to want £50m.

Just to finish off, we earlier aggregated the news that the club had explored the possibility of signing Ruben Dias from Manchester City, but were firmly told he is not for sale.
