Welcome back to another live match day hub, as Palace host Newcastle United in the Premier League

Palace are back in Premier League action, facing Newcastle United as they look to build on the performance in midweek.

Another dire afternoon for Palace in the Premier League. Pierre Sage will be under immense pressure after today.

Fulltime: Palace 0-2 Newcastle

90' 0-2 Six minutes added on.

84' 0-2 Pino on a different wavelength to Nketiah. Smart flick round the corner but the striker isn't alert enough. Moments later Osorio comes close again but his shot flies over the bar.

83' 0-2 Just so poor from Palace. Canvot almost plays Wissa in on goal but Palace recover. They look to counter, but Khalaili crosses into the box despite none of his teammates being in there.

79' 0-2 Anan Khalaili booked for descent.

75' 0-2 VAR are checking for a potential red on Pino for nothing. Wissa, Elanga and Ramsey are on for Newcastle.

74' 0-2 Dismal midfield play from Palace as Kamada fails to release the ball and Newcastle break. Pino booked for a push on Osula.

71' 0-2 Great effort from Osorio, struck powerfully from outside the box and drawing a good save from Hornicek.

70' 0-2 Somewhat better from Palace as they break down the left, but the final ball is wrong again. The resulting corner from the block is cleared far too easily from the hosts.

66' 0-2 Another chance for Newcastle as Joelinton blazes over the bar. They're winning every second ball now.

63' 0-2 Chance for Palace but Hornicek does well to block Wharton's shot. The resulting corner goes straight off the pitch.

62' 0-2 Double change for Palace. Nketiah replaces Mateta and Osorio comes on for McNeil.

58' 0-2 It's two for Newcastle and this one won't be ruled out. Palace are all over the place defensively. Harvey Barnes slams in the second for the visitors. Awful defending across the pitch for Palace. Wharton is too weak against Gonzalez and the defence freezes.

55' 0-1 Newcastle look well on top now, Palace looked shell shocked. Becoming an increasing theme that a goal conceded just kills the player's confidence.

53' 0-1 Goal disallowed as Willock strayed offside. A huge let off for Palace, need to wake up now.

52' 0-2 It's two for Newcastle. Willock is played through on goal and stabs home beyond Walter Benítez.

47' 0-1 Newcastle open the scoring. William Osula taps in after a Jacob Murphy cross. Their first real chance of the game. Osula is between Disasi and Richards. Poor defending and Palace need to wake up now.

46' 0-0 Newcastle left back Lewis Hall has taken a knock after a challenge from Khalaili early on in this second half. Would be a big blow for Newcastle but he's been their most threatening player.

46' 0-0 We're back underway for the second half. Come on Palace!

Halftime: Palace 0-0 Newcastle

A strong first half for Palace who look the better side but have been unable to find a goal to put themselves ahead.

Mateta, Disasi and Pino have come close, meanwhile Palace have limited Newcastle to very few openings at the other end. Both Nico Gonzalez and Fabian Schär rightfully booked for cynical fouls on the break, which seems to have been the visitor's main route to stopping Palace so far.

Defensively Palace look strong. The backline is much tighter and Disasi has done well with Osula in the middle. Canvot and Richards also defending the box well.

The majority of Newcastle's positive play has come down the left hand side, which could be an issue for Palace in the second half. McNeil has played well, but is floating slightly, which is occasionally leaving Khalaili exposed one on one.

45+1' 0-0 Fabian Schär is booked for a foul on Mateta, dragging him down as Palace looked to counter.

44' 0-0 A flurry of chances for Palace. Disasi comes close to opening the scoring, before the referee blocks Yéremy Pino from meeting the ball as it bounces towards the edge of the box. Palace's assistant manager is booked for protesting.

40' 0-0 Disasi is stepping in really well on Osula so far. Meeting him at his first touch and consistently winning the ball.

39' 0-0 The wind is really killing this as a spectacle so far. Making it very difficult for players to control the ball which is leading to an awful lot of head tennis. Palace still look strong, but they need more conviction going forward if they're to win this game.

35' 0-0 Newcastle getting a slight foothold in this game, but Nico Gonzalez is booked for a  cynical foul on Dwight McNeil as Palace looked to break. The passing has become slightly rushed for the hosts, and the conditions are making the long balls somewhat pointless.

33' 0-0 Palace break down the right again through Anan Khalaili but his cross is once again under hit. Service has been poor from that side so far, the crosses feel rushed and with little conviction.

26' 0-0 Great block from Khalaili to stop a Harvey Barnes shot at source.

25' 0-0 Really good work from McNeil to break away after a Newcastle free kick. He's fouled by Lewis Hall but the winger has played a good role for Palace so far in this game.

21' 0-0 Good chance for Palace. Strong work from Pino whose low cross teases Mateta who can't quite stretch for it. Khalaili lets it run thinking it's going for a corner but a goal kick is awarded.

18' 0-0 Shouts for a penalty on Kamada but looked soft, Pino crosses in towards Mateta but whilst the 'keeper gets a hand to it, the ball almost falls to Khalaili. Bright start for Palace here.

12' 0-0 Good run in behind from Mateta, similar angle to his goal in Istanbul, but this time his low driven effort goes wide of the post.

9' 0-0 First chance for the visitors. Loose play in midfield from Palace but Disasi does well to block Osula's shot.

7' 0-0 Really nice forward play from Palace. McNeil does well to drive forward, releasing Kamada who can't quite find Mateta. Great counter attacking football from Palace.

3' 0-0 Close for Palace, scramble in the box from the corner and Palace can't quite force it home.
