A deal sheet has been submitted for Folarin Balogun. Ainsley Maitland-Niles is also expected to sign.
10:36 pm - Balogun deal back on
According to Fabrizio Romano, Everton and AS Monaco now believe they have all set to complete Folarin Balogun deal. Documents being exchanged.
10:15pm - Jack Grealish announced
Grealish: "Every time I see an Everton fan, it's just pure love and the way they've welcomed me since that first game against Leeds, I'll never forget that."

10:10 pm - Zirkzee to stay
According to Samuel Luckhurst, Zirkzee set to stay at Man Utd.
10:06 pm - Everton still working on Balogun
According to Paul Joyce, Everton are still working on Balogun deal. Tammy Abraham was also an option after submitting an enquiry to Aston Villa, but he wants to stay.
10:00 pm - Tim Iroegbunam joins Hull City
Everton have confirmed that Tim Iroegbunam has joined Hull City for an undisclosed fee.
9:21 pm - Zirkzee close to being agreed
According to Ben Jacobs, Joshua Zirkzee to Everton is close to being agreed on loan.
9:02 pm - Everton make Zirkzee bid
According to Alan Myers, Everton have submitted an offer to sign Man Utd forward Joshua Zirkzee.
9:00pm - Everton confirm Ndiaye exit
Everton have confirmed that Iliman Ndiaye has joined Manchester City. Five year deal.
8:24pm - Balogun fails medical
According to Fabrice Hawkins, a top source in France, Balogun has failed his medical. The deal could now collapse despite an agreement.
This was also confirmed by The Bobble and Fabrizio Romano shortly after.
7:06pm - French media cast Balogun doubt
French outlet L'Equipe are claiming that Everton's move to sign Folarin Balogun could be in doubt.
It's reported that there are 'delays' with Iliman Ndiaye's move to Manchester City.
The report suggests Balogun could remain with Monaco. Don't shoot the messenger. We can maybe take this with a pinch of salt until English media confirm.
7:00pm - Elijah Campbell joins MK Dons
Everton have confirmed that young defender Elijah Campbell has joined MK Dons on loan for the season.
6:18pm - Ainsley Maitland-Niles lands for medical
According to Sky Sports, Ainsley Maitland-Niles has arrived in Manchester to complete the first part of his medical ahead of joining the club from French side Lyon.
He will then head to Finch Farm to finalise his move, with Everton set to pay in the region of £4.2m to secure his signature.
Maitland-Niles is set to sign a three-year deal with the option of an additional year.
6:18pm - Everton confirm Beto exit
Everton have confirmed that Beto has left the club to join Fiorentina. In a statement, the Toffees thank Beto for his service since joining the club from Udinese back in 2023.
"Everyone connected with Everton thanks Beto for his dedication, commitment and service throughout his time at the Club and wishes him all the best for the next chapter of his career in Italy."
Beto could be one of a few late exits for Everton, with both Tim Iroegbunam and Nathan Patterson looking set to leave the club before the deadline.
