The Toffees face a seven-game summer sprint featuring a German double-header and a high-stakes finale against Lille, as Davide Ancelotti returns to Merseyside just before the season.

Everton have officially announced they will face French side Lille in their final pre-season game at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday 15th August. 

The Toffees get their Premier League season underway on the 22nd of August, facing Crystal Palace at home, before a trip to Bournemouth follows to round off the month. 

Everton's final pre-season game against Lille comes just one week before the start of the Premier League campaign, ending a seven-day period of three pre-season friendlies. 

It appears that Everton's full pre-season schedule has now been confirmed, with Everton set to play seven sides between the 18th July and 15th August.

Everton to host Lille

Everton have officially confirmed that Lille will travel to the Hill-Dickinson Stadium for Everton's final pre-season fixture on Saturday 15th August, with a kick-off set to be at 3pm. 

The Toffees are welcoming tough opposition with Lille competing in the Champions League next season, after finishing third in Ligue 1.

They are now managed by Davide Ancelotti, the son of former Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti. Davide spent time at Everton as assistant manager, and he's now been recently appointed as Lille boss.  

Everton have confirmed that ticket details for the match will be shared in the coming weeks. Live streams of the pre-season fixtures will be available where rights and regulations allow. 

Everton's pre-season fixtures so far

Everton kick-start their pre-season with a trip to Dundee FC on the 18th of July.  The Toffees then make the short trip to Bolton Wanderers on the 25th July, followed by a game against Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium.

David Moyes then takes his side to Germany for a double-header, facing Hamburger SV on the 1st of August, followed by VFB Stuttgart at the MHP Arena a week later.

Everton then returned to the United Kingdom, facing Newcastle on Wednesday 12th August at the Murrayfield Stadium, with tickets currently on sale. 

Everton's final pre-season game is the recently announced Lille, meaning seven fixtures are now confirmed.

Everton's pre-season schedule seems to get more difficult as we head towards the start of the campaign, with their final three games in particular against tough opposition.

There are also some exciting trips for supporters with the double-header in Germany and also a trip to Scotland for the Newcastle clash.  

That appears to be Everton's full seven-game pre-season schedule boxed off as we head towards the 2026-2027 season.
