The international break continues and on Tuesday night we saw a trio of Fulham's non-American players involved for their respective nations.
As the international break goes on, Fulham’s stars continue to be involved for their various national teams.
On Tuesday night, those who were involved were from outside of Europe, with no Cottagers involved in Tuesday night’s Nations League offering.
Instead, we saw Fulham’s Nigeria duo Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi in action in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash with Guinea-Bissau, as well as Antonee Robinson captaining the USA for the first time against Chile.
But how did those matches play out and how did the Fulham trio get on - we summarise both matches below.
Nigeria stunned by gutsy Guinea-Bissau
Nigeria came into their clash with Guinea-Bissau as the clear favourites to win the game and begin to dominate Group L of Africa Cup of Nations qualifying.
But in Bissau, they were stunned and completely outplayed by a Guinea-Bissau side that both took their chances and managed not to give up any big chances of their own.
Trabzonspor forward Franculino Dju gave the home side the lead after 15 minutes and they did not look back from there, pushing into a 2-0 lead courtesy of a goal from Mama Balde and then sealing the deal with a third goal from Alvaro Djalo.
Despite the big defeat, Iwobi was still one of the better players on the pitch, and he ends his international break with some form found.
Bassey, who was so strong in the 2-1 win over Madagascar was not at his best and was booked in the 93rd minute, but he did win all of his aerial duels, as well as six of his 10 ground duels.
Robinson leads USA to Chile triumph
With the USA not involved in any competitive matches, they are hosting four friendlies, and after a 4-1 win over Peru, they welcomed Chile to San Diego.
And there was a huge honour for Fulham’s Antonee Robinson, who was named captain of his country for the first time.
The sides went in at a goal apiece at half-time, after goals from Sebastian Berhalter and Diego Ulloa.
Robinson’s captaincy debut threatened to turn into disaster when Maxi Gutierez scored for the away side shortly after half time, but Julian Hall quickly leveled the scores.
After a whole batch of substitutes made by Mauricio Pochettino, the USA eventually ran away with the match, thanks to goals from Chris Richards and Mathis Albert.
Robinson himself put in a solid if unremarkable display at left back on a day he will never forget.
