Fulham's next Premier League challenge comes in the way of Coventry City on Saturday, but who starts for both sides?

Fulham are off the mark in the Premier League, finally earning their first win in the top flight this season with a 1-0 triumph against Hull.

They now prepare to go for a second triumph, as they make the trip to Coventry on Saturday in a game that they will certainly be expecting to win.

With Bournemouth and Tottenham also earning their first wins of the season, we are now in a position where every team has got their first win and unlike in the past few seasons, it is not clear who will be relegated come May.

That leaves every match having extra importance, and that feeling is only amplified when taking on a side who are expected to be in the battle come the end of the season.

So, Fulham once again are in a game of massive importance, having only recently played in another one.

But ahead of such an important game for the Cottagers, who is expected to line up for both sides?

Fulham predicted lineup

Alvaro Arbeloa largely appears to have mastered his starting XI and so I would not expect too many changes for this one in all honesty.

Although controversial at the time to drop Joachim Andersen for David Affengruber, the Cottagers’ defence has markedly improved ever since that change was made, conceding seven goals in the first three matches and only three in the last four.

For that reason, I don’t envisage there will be any change to the back four.

That is of course made even clearer following Ryan Sessegnon’s red card against Hull, meaning Antonee Robinson has a clear run to start.

Sander Berge and Shea Charles look settled in the heart of midfield, while the attacking midfield trio of Oscar Bobb, Josh King and Alex Iwobi is clearly first choice.

Gonzalo Garcia will start again, but boy does he need a goal.

Fulham predicted XI: Leno; Castagne, Affengruber, Bassey, Robinson; Berge, Charles; Bobb, King, Iwobi; Garcia

Coventry predicted lineup

Coventry were beaten 3-1 by Tottenham at the weekend after a screamer from James Maddison and some extremely questionable goalkeeping from Carl Rushworth.

But the overall performance was one of a team no longer lacking in confidence after their wins against Nottingham Forest and Newcastle, and Frank Lampard seems to have also found an XI that he can trust.

Rushworth could be under a bit of pressure for his spot, but I expect, having been so good last season in the Championship, that he will have a certain amount of credit in the bank.

So for that reason, I am also predicting the home side on Saturday to be unchanged.

Coventry predicted XI: Rushworth; Van Ewijk, Thomas, Pinnock, Dasilva; Yirenkyi, Grimes, Thomas-Asante, Rudoni, Mason-Clark; Awoniyi
