It would not have been the first time Liverpool have been linked with a Spanish forward. The club signed Victor Munoz from Osasuna earlier in the transfer window for €40 million.

Liverpool require another attacking signing this window as they reportedly failed in their pursuit of Yan Diomande. Signing Victor Munoz is not enough; there should be at least one more given the departure of Mohamed Salah.
Coming on as a super sub is an incredible trait to have, especially given the player scored a World Cup-winning goal. But being able to regularly start for Liverpool may require more than what Ferran Torres has to offer.
