Curtis Jones' future at Liverpool remains up in the air as Inter Milan interest remains, but could he be about to get a fresh opportunity under new manager Andoni Iraola?
Will Curtis Jones Remain An LFC Player Beyond This Summer Transfer Window?
Yes

Why Is Curtis Jones Looking For A Move This Summer?
Last season, Curtis Jones only started 18 league games under Arne Slot, with the ex LFC manager not having Jones in his preferred starting eleven and only really calling upon the combative Englishman when injuries forced his hand.
This has been the case for Curtis Jones ever since he made his first breakthrough into the Liverpool first team back in 2019. Under both Arne Slot and Jurgen Klopp, Jones was never able to nail down a permanent place within Liverpool's midfield.
Under Klopp, he had the likes of Jordan Henderson, Gini Wijnaldum and Fabinho ahead of him, and under Slot he had Alexis Mac Allister, Ryan Gravenberch and Dominik Szoboszlai above him in the pecking order.

He currently has just one more season left on his current contract at LFC, and Inter Milan have emerged as potential frontrunners for his signature this summer, should Liverpool allow Jones to depart.
However, what remains unclear is the level of interest that Inter Milan actually have in Jones, with an LFC Transfer Room exclusive revealing frustrations are growing in the Curtis Jones camp.

An exclusive from Sacha Tavolieri to LFC Transfer Room has revealed that Inter Milan's interest is very unclear to both LFC and Curtis Jones' representatives.
Jones has expressed an interest in moving over to Milan and would be open to exploring a move to Inter this summer.
However, the two clubs have been unable to reach any sort of agreement on a fee for the midfielder, LFC having already rejected a verbal offer from Inter Milan worth around €25 million (£21.7 million), with the gap in valuation quite big as of right now.
REUTERS/Phil Noble This has subsequently brought negotiations for any possible move to a standstill while Inter go back to the drawing board and decide their next steps.
But Sacha Tavolieri goes on to say that it seems that Inter Milan don't really know what they want to do at the moment, and they keep saying different things to Curtis Jones' agents, with one moment saying that they are going to push for a move and the next moment saying that they are not sure.
This has caused Jones' camp to become doubtful that a move to Inter Milan is likely to happen this summer, as it would appear the Italian club is unable to fully commit to what they want to do this summer.
Has Jones Still Got A Future At LFC?
So this uncertainty has led to the possibility of Jones continuing at LFC at least for another season. New manager Andoni Iraola has already stated that he wants Jones to stay at Liverpool, stating to the media
"I rate Curtis very highly. For me his is a great, great player, and I hope he can continue with us and continue performing the way he has been performing."
"From the outside, at least he looks like a player with good character, and I hope we can keep him, not only for this year but for more time"
So it is clear that Jones is a player that is looked upon in glowing terms with Andoni Iraola, and with everyone being given a fresh start under the new manager, could Curtis Jones nail down a place in LFC's best eleven going into next season, and subsequently extend his stay on Merseyside beyond just next season?
