Carrick must call for Wilcox/Berrada to speak publicly

Carrick has been asked a fair few times if he feels Wilcox or Berrada should speak publicly.

I understand he can't call for it in press conferences, but he SHOULD be demanding they do so behind closed doors. They cannot stay silent.
