Relive Manchester United's golden era with the new retro kit that pays homage to the one used during that legendary 1998/99 season.

Manchester United officially unveiled its new uniform, styled and designed in an old-school aesthetic with a unique essence that harkens back to the Red Devils' best times.

Bruno Fernandes was in charge of modeling the jersey for the promotion through Manchester United's official accounts.

The shirt has a classic style, reminiscent of 90s football, when jerseys were much looser. The shirt has long sleeves and black lines running from the shoulders down to the wrists.

The jersey has a white polo collar with red and black lines on the edges, which further enhances that elegant touch the Red Devils' uniform seeks to convey.

The sponsor on the chest changes completely, with larger, more visible white letters that contrast with the classic red that characterizes the 'Theater of Dreams' side.

The choice of this design is no coincidence, as it directly evokes the kit used during the 1998-99 season, the year the club achieved the European Treble by conquering the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the Champions League.

By reintroducing elements such as the polo collar and the classic white sponsor, the management seeks to tap into the nostalgia of a fanbase that longs for the hierarchy seen at Camp Nou against Bayern Munich.

This release positions the uniform not only as a collector's item but as a visual reminder of the standards of success the institution aims to achieve in this new stage.

Under Carrick's direction, the launch of this "Originals" line reinforces Manchester United's identity off the pitch, positioning 90s aesthetics as a lifestyle pillar for the global fanbase.

While figures like Bruno Fernandes lead the promotion of these collectors' pieces, the club leverages its vast legacy to strengthen the sense of belonging during a period of sporting transition.

The integration of this retro jersey into the official catalog reaffirms the institution's strategy of connecting its most glorious past with modern urban culture, keeping the club's mystique alive beyond Sunday results.

Currently, the Red Devils sit in third position in the Premier League with a total of 30 games played, in which they have 15 wins, nine draws, and six losses for a total of 54 points. Their next opponent will be Bournemouth.
