Eduardo Camavinga is having a clean campaign at Real Madrid, as he has put in a series of impressive performances for them. The French international has played 32 games for Los Blancos this season, finding the back of the net twice and providing one assist.

The 23-year-old midfielder is currently among the best midfielders in La Liga. Therefore, the Red Devils would do well to sign him at the end of this campaign. His current contract with the Madrid club will expire in the summer of 2029, which could make it difficult for United to sign him cheaply later this year.

Camavinga is a solid tackler and can time his challenges well to win the ball back for his team inside the field. He does not mind going for the ball with his foot forcefully when needed and is also a good passer.

The French talent is full of energy and could be an asset in the United team. Camavinga is primarily an attacking midfielder, but he can also play as a defensive one or feature as a left winger if asked. It remains to be seen whether he will be able to transition smoothly to life in the Premier League.

At 23, Camavinga has his best years ahead of him, which makes him an excellent option for the Red Devils to consider at the end of this campaign. Carrick will have to give him some time to adapt to life at Manchester United to get the best out of the talented midfielder.

Despite the high release clause protecting the Frenchman, Manchester United sees in Camavinga the natural heir to a midfield area that has lacked dynamism under recent managements at Old Trafford.

The player's ability to break lines through dribbling and his physical display represent exactly the profile of an all-action midfielder that Michael Carrick seeks to implement a system of more rapid transitions.

If the Manchester board manages to present a tempting enough offer, the signing would not only strengthen the current squad but would send a message of authority to the rest of Europe about the real ambitions of the new sporting project.

However, the success of this operation will depend entirely on the long-term vision that Carrick manages to project to the French international, who is already accustomed to the highest level of competitive pressure in the Spanish capital.
