Updates on every Nottingham Transfer transfer that you need to know about.

There are just 56 hours until the transfer window slams shut and Nottingham Forest remain an active player in the market.

Five players have arrived on Trentside so far this summer, with a sixth not far behind, in what has been a productive but measured transfer window to bolster new head coach Oliver Glasner's squad.

It is a stark contrast to last summer, when Forest completed 13 signings in the summer window, with three more following in January.

Although Forest are not expected to reach that tally before Tuesday's deadline, there are more late additions expected.

With plenty of talks and offers flying around, regarding both incomings and outgoings, there is a lot to keep on top of.

But fear not, Roundtable have got you covered with a comprehensive breakdown of every single confirmed deal, and all of the credible news you need to know.

Incomings

DONE DEAL: Xaver Schlager (free transfer) - RB Leipzig

The first signing of the Glasner era was an astute piece of business, as Forest signed Xaver Schlager on a free transfer.

He had most recently been at RB Leipzig, who had hoped to keep the Austrian international, and previously played under Glasner at Wolfsburg.

It was a clever head coach-driven signing who has already shown plenty of promise during his time on the pitch both in pre-season and competitive fixtures.

DONE DEAL: Ousmane Diomande (£34 million) - Sporting

The true impact of Ousmane Diomande's signing has not yet been realised, with him yet to feature in the Premier League.

But make no mistake, the addition of the Ivorian defender is a pivotal acquisition to mould the squad towards the demands of a Glasner system.

It may be early days, but there is no doubt that the 22-year-old will become a huge asset to Forest, and Glasner's 3-4-2-1 system.

DONE DEAL: Gustavo Sa (£17 million) - Famalicao

You may have missed this one, and that would be understandable. Gustavo Sa officially signed for Forest, but was immediately loaned to sister club Olympiacos.

The 21-year-old midfielder is highly rated and joined off the back of a strong season in Portugal, but is definitely one for the future.

DONE DEAL: Steven Benda (free transfer) - Fulham

Another astute signing, Steven Benda arrived as a homegrown third-choice goalkeeper on a free transfer.

Good business, though he will likely never play.

DONE DEAL: Liam Delap (£50 million) - Chelsea

Forest have now broken their transfer record in five successive years, and Liam Delap is the club's new record signing, after arriving in a £50 million deal from Chelsea, including add-ons.

It is another case of Glasner being backed with his targets, and a strong addition to the club.

IN PROGRESS: Daniel Muñoz (£22 million) - Crystal Palace

Daniel Muñoz underwent a medical on Sunday after Forest struck a deal to sign the Colombian wingback from Crystal Palace.

Glasner was keen to reunite with his former player, who is expected to play a big role in the upcoming season, as he did in south London previously.

DISCUSSIONS: Jacob Murphy (unknown) - Newcastle United

Forest have enquired about Jacob Murphy, who is seen as a squad depth option.

Having entered the final year of his contract, Newcastle would be willing to sell him late in the window, for the right price. One to watch until the deadline.

RUMOUR: Giorgi Mamardashvili (unknown) - Liverpool

After a failed bid for Dean Henderson, Forest have now been linked with Liverpool deputy Giorgi Mamardashvili.

As it stands, there is nothing advanced or even concrete, but Liverpool have lined up a replacement, should the Georgian international join Forest before the transfer deadline.

RUMOUR: Pape Matar Sarr (unknown) - Tottenham Hotspur

Not happening. Forest were thrown into the hat of contenders for Sarr, but never acted on this reported interest, and there was never any indication that Forest themselves were keen.

Sarr is joining Juventus.

DEAL OFF: Harrison Armstrong (£35 million) - Everton

Oh what could have been. Forest had agreed a deal for highly-rated Everton youngster Harrison Armstrong, and had pencilled in a medical, but fan backlash led the Toffees' board to cancel the deal at the 11th hour.

Outgoings

DONE DEAL: Elliot Anderson (£116 million) - Manchester City

You do not need me to remind you that Elliot Anderson left the club this summer, in a then-British-record £116 deal with Manchester City.

As big a loss as he may have been, the 23-year-old's exit came as no surprise, with the club resigned to losing him this summer for a considerable time.

DONE DEAL: Taiwo Awoniyi (£9 million) - Coventry City

A cult hero whose heroics in his debut campaign kept Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.

Despite his adoration on Trentside, and previous heroics, it was a natural progression for Taiwo Awoniyi, who would otherwise have fallen to be the Reds' fourth-choice striker.

DONE DEAL: David Carmo (£7.7 million) - Olympiacos

David Carmo rejoined sister club Olympiacos on a permanent deal after two previous loan spells, bringing an end to his association with Forest.

The Angolan international did not play a single competitive game for Forest, featuring in just a handful of pre-season outings in 2025.

DONE DEAL: Jota Silva (£3.4 million) - Olympiacos

Jota Silva initially joined Olympiacos on loan from Forest, but the deal was made permanent just weeks later.

Roundtable understand that Forest received approximately £3.4 million for the winger.

DONE DEAL: Omar Richards (£1 million) - Aris

Like Carmo, Omar Richards left the club in a permanent deal having not played a single competitive minute for Forest, though he also made a few pre-season appearances.

DONE DEAL: Stefan Ortega (free transfer) - Olympiacos

Stefan Ortega's time on Trentside was brief, but he played a hugely significant role with excellent performances in the Europa League, where Forest reached the semi-finals.

The German shot-stopper clearly impressed the club's owner, Evangelos Marinakis, who opted to sign him for Olympiacos.

DONE DEAL: Angus Gunn (free transfer) - San Jose Earthquakes

Angus Gunn joined San Jose Earthquakes on a free transfer, having played more minutes for Scotland at the World Cup than he did for Forest.

The Scottish shot-stopper's only Forest appearance came at home to Crystal Palace in February, when he replaced the injured Matz Sels at halftime.

Forest were already drawing 1-1 at the time, and Gunn kept a second-half clean sheet as the Reds earned a point.

DONE DEAL: Gustavo Sa (loan) - Olympiacos

After joining Forest on a permanent deal this summer, the 21-year-old was immediately loaned to Olympiacos to continue his development, where he has already caught the eye.

DONE DEAL: Dilane Bakwa (loan) - LOSC Lille

After joining Forest for £30 million last summer, Dilane Bakwa has struggled for form and playing time, not helped by an injury he suffered in the first half of last season.

He has gone on loan to LOSC Lille, in his native France, in a bid to boost his development.

DONE DEAL: Eric Da Silva Moreira (loan) - Excelsior

Eric Da Silva Moreira endured a torrid loan spell in the first half of last season with Rio Ave, and was recalled in January to play with Forest's B Team for the remainder of the season, where he stood out.

The German wingback impressed for the first team during pre-season, but has been sent on loan to get regular playing time to aid his development ahead of a return to Forest.

Tyler Bindon has not yet played a competitive game for Forest, but caught the eye during pre-season after impressing on loan at Sheffield United last season.

He has headed back to the Championship, joining league leaders Charlton Athletic on loan for the remainder of the season.

DONE DEAL: Donnell McNeilly (loan + option) - AFC Wimbledon

After joining Forest from Chelsea's academy last summer, Donnell McNeilly immediately joined Wycombe Wanderers on loan, where he got two goals and an assist in 17 appearances.

His loan was cut short in January and he played with the B Team for what remained of the season.

The 20-year-old has now returned to League One, joining AFC Wimbledon on loan with an option to buy.

DISCUSSIONS: Morato (loan) - West Ham, AS Roma, Torino

A host of clubs are keen to take Morato on loan, with either an option or obligation to buy him.

AS Roma had looked to be nearing an agreement with Forest, but it now appears that West Ham have taken pole position, with talks ongoing over the terms. Morato's preference is unclear.

IN PROGRESS: Omari Hutchinson (loan + option) - AC Milan

After arriving for a club-record fee last summer, it is safe to say that Omari Hutchinson under-delivered.

With Forest now operating with one less attacker, his minutes looked at even greater risk, so he is poised to join AC Milan on loan with a £34 million option to buy.

The 22-year-old is in Milan to finalise the move.

RUMOUR: Arnaut Kalimuendo (permanent) - Eintracht Frankfurt

Arnaut Kalimuendo continues to be linked with various moves away, and was not in Forest's squad to face Liverpool on Saturday.

Forest and Glasner's preference is to keep the Frenchman, but a deal could be done for the right terms, and Eintracht Frankfurt, where he was on loan last season, remain keen despite not triggering their option to buy.

RUMOUR: Neco Williams (permanent) - Tottenham Hotspur

Not happening, not for sale barring a ludicrous offer.

RUMOUR: Zach Abbott (loan) - Various clubs

Academy graduate Zach Abbott is expected to join an EFL club on loan before the transfer window closes.

RUMOUR: Igor Jesus (permanent) - Atletico Madrid

There is no expectation that Jesus leaves, despite mixed reports about a rejected bid. If there was a rejected bid, take the hint about why it was rejected: not for sale.
