Details confirm that Zyan Blake has joined Truro City on loan from Nottingham Forest.

Nottingham Forest B Team forward Zyan Blake has joined Truro City on a short-term loan deal.

Blake has been a regular feature for the club’s academy, specifically the B Team, and scored in their Premier League Cup triumph over Luton Town U21s last month.

The 18-year-old is just the latest B Team player to head out on loan, following the recent departures of Josh Powell, Lamin Sillah, Donnell McNeilly and Cherif Baba Yaya.

Truro City compete in the Enterprise National League South, the sixth tier of English football.

As it stands, Truro are sixth in the league, just two points shy of top spot, and crucially, they have a game in hand over every team above them, which could see them ascend to first place.

Blake has joined on a short-term loan deal, until January 1 2027, where he will get his first taste of senior football, after some positive form at youth level.

His loan move comes at a time when Forest are investing considerable time and resources into bolstering their academy setup.
