Tottenham Hotspur has updated its ownership figures, confirming that trusts linked to Daniel Levy and his family now hold 25 per cent of ENIC.

Tottenham Hotspur’s official shareholder information states that ENIC owns 89.06 per cent of Tottenham Hotspur Limited, an increase from 88.30 per cent. Within ENIC, the Lewis family owns 75 per cent, while the Levy family trusts hold the remaining quarter.

The Lewis Family’s latest £120 million injection brought their total investment over the previous 12 months to £320 million, according to a report released by Football.London.

The Lewis family's latest funding, now headed by Vivvanne Lewis, was for working capital and isn't solely for transfer fees. Former CEO Daniel Levy did not take the opportunity to make a proportionate contribution, thus reducing his family trusts’ percentage holding in ENIC.

The Lewis family trust does not individually own 89.06 per cent of Spurs. That figure represents ENIC’s collective holding in the club. The Lewis and Levy family trusts own their respective shares within that controlling company.

Dilution occurs when a company issues additional shares and an existing shareholder does not subscribe enough to maintain their previous percentage. A reduced percentage holding does not, by itself, mean that shareholder has sold shares or received money.

The ownership update comes as the Lewis family takes a more visible role in Tottenham’s direction following Levy’s departure as chairman in September 2025. The ownership has backed manager Roberto De Zerbi heavily this summer. Vivienne Lewis and her son-in-law, Nick Beucher, have become more actively involved in supporting chief executive Vinai Venkatesham and non-executive chairman Peter Charrington as they try to rebuild the club on the pitch after a steady decline under Daniel Lewis.

Matters off the field continues to perform well after back-to-back NFL games at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which reportedly could generate around 12m for the club.

In a May message to supporters, the family accepted responsibility for Tottenham’s difficulties and committed to investment across the teams, academy, and backroom operations. They also stated that they were not selling the club.

The reported £ 320 million investment continues to prove that commitment. However, the latest £ 120 million was described as working capital, so it should not automatically be presented as a transfer budget available to Roberto De Zerbi.

Levy’s shareholding has also drawn attention because Eight Sports Capital has proposed acquiring a substantial interest in ENIC. The company announced a sale agreement in June, but subsequent September reporting indicated that the transaction had not been completed.

Tottenham’s current shareholder information still identifies the Levy family trusts as owners of 25 per cent of ENIC. A completed departure from the ownership structure therefore remains unconfirmed.
