Rangers are reportedly eyeing a move for the winger alongside West Ham, Augsburg and Paris FC.
Rangers are leaving no stones unturned during this summer transfer window, as they have already brought in six new players and a seventh in the form of Vanja Dragojevic doesn't seem to be far away.
The fans are certainly excited for the season to start under new manager Derek McInnes, who narrowly missed out on the opportunity to win the Scottish Premiership with Hearts last season.
As for the Gers, the past couple of campaigns have been far from satisfactory, as they have now gone trophyless for two straight seasons now.
The quickfire and quality additions this summer, speaks loads of the club management's intentions to bring back the side back to winning ways.
And as it seems, the Teddy Bears are not done yet, as a recent report from The Athletic suggests, Rangers eyeing a move for former Arsenal academy graduate, Amario Cozier-Duberry, who could be available for a transfer this summer.
Although the Gers are certainly not the only ones in the chase for the 21-year-old winger.
As the reports suggests, his parent club Brighton has already rejected a £5 million offer from West Ham, who are now looking for a rebuild following their relegation to the second division.
Rangers now feel that this their opportunity to capitalize on the situation and could move into negotiations with the English club and the player's representatives.
Cozier-Duberry had a brilliant loan spell at Bolton last season, where he played an influential role in their promotion to the Championship.
Duberry scored 10 goals and provided 13 assists in all competitions for Bolton and now as he has already returned to the Seagulls for pre-season, their manager Fabian Hurzeler is yet to decide on the 21-year-old's imminent future.
If the Gers are able to convince Cozier-Duberry to make a move to the Ibrox this summer, the youngster has all the potential to become one of the Light Blues' most prized assets in the near future.
Although, with Brighton already having rejected a £5 million bid from the Hammers, it would be hard for the Gers to get him for a lesser amount.
But if the Glaswegian side can confirm Europa League qualification, it could definitely be a significant addition to the youngster's prospects of joining Rangers this summer.
