Chennedy Carter scored 22 off the bench and Jackie Young added 20 as the Las Vegas Aces beat the Los Angeles Sparks 105-78 at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday.

The Las Vegas Aces bounced back from their 33-point opening loss with a 105-78 win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday at Crypto.com Arena.

Chennedy Carter led Las Vegas with 22 points off the bench. Jackie Young added 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 9 assists. A'ja Wilson finished with 19 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists. Chelsea Gray added 16 points on 4-of-5 from 3-point range after totaling just 4 points in Friday's loss to Phoenix.

The Aces shot 62.3% from the field, outscored Los Angeles 62-40 in the paint, and forced 19 Sparks turnovers that led to 26 points. Las Vegas had shot 40.8% in Friday's 99-66 loss to the Phoenix Mercury.

Kelsey Plum led the Sparks with 27 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists on 10-of-18 shooting, including 4-of-8 from 3-point range. Nneka Ogwumike posted 19 points and 10 rebounds in her Sparks debut. Dearica Hamby added 12 points and 5 rebounds.

Carter shot 9-of-13 from the field and 1-of-3 from 3-point range in just under 20 minutes. She added 1 rebound and 2 steals.

Las Vegas opened with a 29-14 first quarter before the Sparks rallied behind Plum to take the second period 27-13. The Aces led 42-41 at halftime.

Los Angeles never led or tied at any point in the game.

Las Vegas opened the third quarter on a run and outscored the Sparks 33-18 over the period to take a 75-59 advantage into the fourth. The Aces closed the night with a 30-19 final period and stretched the lead to as many as 32.

Young shot 8-of-12 from the field, 2-of-5 from 3-point range, and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line. Wilson shot 7-of-14 and 5-of-6 from the free-throw line and added 2 blocks.

NaLyssa Smith added 12 points and 6 rebounds on a perfect 5-of-5 from the field. Stephanie Talbot chipped in 8 points on 4-of-5 shooting, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

The Sparks shot 37.2% from the field and went 9-of-31 from 3-point range. Erica Wheeler went 1-of-11 from the field. Cameron Brink logged 8 minutes off the bench and grabbed 3 rebounds.

Las Vegas visits Phoenix on Tuesday in a rematch of Friday's loss. Los Angeles hosts Indiana on Wednesday.
