Caitlin Clark showed off an all-black colorway of her Nike Caitlin 1 signature shoe ahead of its Oct. 1 release.
The WNBA is set to return from the international break, with guard Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever scheduled to face the Toronto Tempo on Sept. 18. As the Fever prepare to return to the court, Clark is also giving fans a sneak peek at her signature-style sneaker, now in a new colorway.
Clark is coming off her first gold medal win with the USA Women's Senior National Basketball team and decided to share her Caitlin 1s in all black via social media on Sept. 16. Her sneaker has not been released to the public.
The Iowa products sneaker will be released on Oct. 1, but she has made sure to show the basketball world what future releases could look like.
Clark Gives Iowa Fans A Familiar Look
Last month, Clark gave fans a sneak peek at an Iowa Hawkeyes-inspired colorway of her Nike Caitlin 1 signature shoe.
Clark's "Racer Blue" Caitlin 1 is scheduled to launch on Oct. 1 for $140. She has already worn more than eight colorways of the shoe this season and has gifted her shoes to WNBA peers throughout the season.
Clark has consistently promoted her Nike signature shoe throughout the season while providing mystery about what is to come. She began teasing the "Racer Blue" colorway in June.
Nike unveiled Clark's signature logo in August 2025 and confirmed that her first signature shoe was in development. Since then, the company has continued rolling out Clark-branded apparel and footwear ahead of the Caitlin 1's release.
Nike Continues Building Around The Clark Effect
Clark has worn Nike throughout her professional career, including player-exclusive Kobe sneakers and golf shoes. She has also used special colorways tied to other interests, including a Taylor Swift-inspired pair of Nikes.
The release date and $140 price for the "Racer Blue" Caitlin 1 are set, but Nike has not announced if any of the shoes she has premiered will be available to the public in the future.
Clark is averaging 22.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 8.4 assists while shooting 37.3% from three. She is averaging 31.3 minutes per game, down from 35.4 during her rookie season.
If the postseason began today, the Fever would play the Atlanta Dream. Before the WNBA break, Indiana was on a two-game winning streak, and they went 7-3 in their last ten games.
The Fever will play the Toronto Tempo tomorrow on the road as they look to close out the remaining four games of the regular season.
