Recent reports suggest that Trump has pardoned BitMEX co-founders Arthur Hayes, Benjamin Delo, and Samuel Reed, who pleaded guilty to felony charges related to the Bank Secrecy Act. However, the White House has not officially confirmed the pardons. This follows Trump’s recent pardons of Silk Road founder Ross Ulbricht and others.
