The head of IOC reconsidering Russia to compete in the Olympic

The head of the IOC, Thomas Bach, said that Russian and Belarusian athletes could compete under certain conditions, CNN reported.  In particular, they must compete as neutral athletes, and teams from Russia and Belarus will not participate. Athletes and personnel who actively support the war and athletes who have a contract with the Russian and Belarusian armies are also not allowed to participate.
