After the slow Rebranding that the project and the platform is having, we have to talk about the coin, after all these changes and announcements that have been happening. And it is no news to any of the few members and survivors of this community, now called METARTB, that the association and the changes that have been happening recently have positively affected the currency (this being the first task that the new team has had this month). Now called $RTB, the native token has managed to rise almost 50% this past month, touching areas we haven't seen since early 2023.
As I mentioned in a previous post where I analyzed the token (formerly called $BBS), since the beginning of this 2024 has clearly seen a rise in its price, after touching the low $0.008 cents zone, topping out at $0.041 cents just two days ago. With volume in excess of $30-$40k, purchases of the $RTB coin has achieved an impressive rise of over 100% year-to-date. This is thanks to the partnership Eyal has struck with the Roundtable Team, which promises to get the platform off the ground with new propositions and a new vision for it.
But, there is another very important reason for the incredible rise in the price of the $RTB token in recent weeks. After the announcement of the Rebranding of the coin, Eyal announced last month a new RTB/USDC Pool on the Uniswap dApp. From there, tens of thousands of dollars have poured into that Pool, adding liquidity to the token, which caused the current spike. This bold move on the part of the Roundtable team is something that I personally have been asking for more than a year for the coin, as this way there will be no problems with the drop when buying it with this Pool that generates profits over time.
And well, this would be all that can be talked about the $RTB coin so far. I am glad to be able to do again one of these analysis that I always did and shared every week in this community (this time better than back then). The latest news that Eyal has been bringing us, even though they are few, give us an air of hope and a few percentages of faith that this great project will resurface in the near future. There is still a lot to do, many things to be done, many things to be retaken and many things to be changed and improved, but I am sure that whatever comes from the Roundtable Team will be the best.

And, of course, being without any updates about the project, the partnership offer they have from Roundtable and the strange bugs the platform is having that generates AI text in uploaded videos, the few of us here are still the same as we were almost a year ago. We are still waiting for more news about the future of BBS Network, but apparently there are signs that something is coming.
Let's talk then about the BBS token, which is currently at $0.023 cents (information pulled at the time of writing this post from the "About" part of the Board at the bottom). If we look at it on CMC, we realize that it has managed to hold very well for 2 cents in these last few months, which is uka surprise, considering that the project and the platform are bleak.
In the following chart we pulled from TradingView, we can see that the BBS token managed to touch twice the ceiling it has between $0.023 and currently it has been holding up very well between $0.020 and $0.021. The surprising thing is that you can notice an uptrend in the token over this last year, seeing that it went from being worth $0.005 cents in October last year to achieving $0.023 cents just recently.
Now the question is: where is this money coming from? Who are the ones pumping liquidity into it and buying the token today? Is it the same Roundtable or Eyal trying to keep the price of the token alive near its launch value? These are doubts that we can ask ourselves now with the current situation of the project, which is in pause, and the platform that has less visits and active users every day than before.
What is Eyal doing in the shadows? What happened to the partnership with Roundtable? Is the latter the reason for the current rise in the price of the BBS token? Let me know what you think in the comments.

We are back with one more post where I wanted to talk to you about the death of one of the oldest and most famous social platforms in all Latin America, Taringa, which recently announced its closure for this March 24 (both its web version, taringa.net, and its application). This has come to me out of the blue, like many other members of their community, but, after seeing all the mistakes they have made recently, I felt that I could see it coming sooner or later. Not only that, but all the mistakes they made reminded me of the early days of BBS Network, which is the topic we will talk about next.
The Beginning of a Death Foretold
Like any new project, Taringa launched a year ago a mobile application that served as a social network where you would earn money by sharing content. The idea behind this was to compensate Content Creators, something that does not happen in popular social networks. Now, this didn't quite turn out to be the case after making certain decisions that led it to shut down this premature new project. With ideas like a "Referral Program" where it rewarded people for bringing new users, the reward system for content that was so simple and yet so manipulable and a platform in beta state that still lacked many things to improve and implement, the application grew in number, but also in criticism, complaints and accusations.
Tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars were distributed among people who manipulated the system with multi-accounts, ghost accounts, fake referrals, bots, support groups and much more. While the idea had a lot of potential and support from the beginning, it ended up being ruined by the very community it formed by making some rash decisions. People blamed the owners of Taringa for shutting it down, but in the end it was they themselves who caused its ruin. Does this all sound very familiar?
Well, yes friends, some of these decisions made by this project, which happens to be run by a critpo company, sounded a lot like when I started here at BBS Network, watching how Eyal and his team made decisions that, although they sounded great at the time, with time we completely regretted them. In this market and world there is such a wide variety of similar cases all over the world that it makes us reflect a lot. But, what is important in all this is the experience and the lessons we take from it.
An Example of Perseverance
Unlike Taringa, BBS Network is still standing, yes, in a dark pit but it is still up and running. Compared to others, this platform is very well developed and, although it still has a lot of things to improve, it is still functioning and operational today. It is not like this case of Taringa and its application that, with a company of more than 50 members, constantly had problems, it would crash, it would hang, it would close all the time, in short, it was an odyssey.
That is why BBS Network is, for me, an example to follow of perseverance because, although it has made many mistakes in the past and its competition is now years away from development and advances, it is still standing, working and with a little bit of hope for this community that has seen everything and has been very faithful for years now. We are not alone, let's be grateful for all the little we have received from this platform and give it the value and attention it deserves, even now that it is trying to resist and stay afloat.
I hope that, for Eyal, as well as for the rest of the BBS Network team, the Taringa case serves as an example of what NOT TO DO for the next one.

After talking about the future of the BBS Network platform, today it's time to talk a bit about its native token ($BBS) which, curiously, reached $0.02 cents in the last 24 hours. That's right, what many of us thought was not going to happen anymore with this coin after almost half a year of "zero news" about the project, is happening right now: the $BBS token is going up in price.
As we can see in the screenshot taken from the graph shown by CMC, the $BBS token has had a week of growth, going from being worth $0.012 at the end of last February to touch $0.019 cents a few hours ago. Are there people investing in this project? Is it a sign that BBS Network is not dead? Who is moving so much money within its network? These are questions that we can surely ask ourselves. But, what I want to emphasize in this post is the way in which this coin has left me impressed, to this day, after two years analyzing it week by week, month by month.
That's right, this last year (counting from the month of March 2023 until now) has been a year of fall, but, unlike last year, this has not been so pronounced or serious, being a fall of 45%. Yes, we have managed to see how the price of the token bounced and touched for a few moments the $0.04 cents and then fell, but, it managed to hold very well between the resistance zone that it has between $0.01 and $0.005 cents. After hitting that bottom, many of us here at BBS Network thought it was the end. But it turned out that it wasn't and right now we can find it touching $0.018 cents.
Personally, I will take these signals, not as investment advice by any means, but as a signal, a graphic signal that BBS Network still has a chance to vindicate itself and finally take flight like it did two years ago. Of course, this time it will be different, but it is up to us whether to accept what is to come or to abandon the project and maintain an image of what it was without any change.

But well, now that you're continuing with the thoughts and opinions, well I wanted to update you on what I have in mind, as sort of an opinion/theory of what will happen during this 2024. We are already in the middle of February, the second month of the year and we still haven't seen any news or even a sign of what Eyal and his team are thinking of doing with BBS Network. So far what we have known is a couple of thoughts, a voting bot and a poor explanation of what they are going to do with a certain brand or sponsor.
BBS Network, a shadow of its former self
Before I mention to you what I have in mind (as an active user and Partner of METABBS and other communities), I would like to make it clear to everyone who sees this post that: BBS Network will not be what it was before. That time when we could all earn money by sharing and interacting in the different BBS Network Boards is over. Now, among the few tens of us that are left and a few of us that make life in this place, we know very well that the platform is just a mere shadow of what it was 1 or 2 years ago.
This, on the one hand, is good, since practically those who uploaded junk content, those who committed fraud and those who SPAMmed in the communities are gone. But, on the other hand, it's bad as we don't have any new user traffic interested in joining the platform. I see every 1 or 2 new ones per month and that is not good, less for a platform that supposedly sells itself as a SOCIAL NETWORK. With this clear, apart from emphasizing that the origin of all this decline was due to the same BBS Network team that stopped the development of it and have not worked on the platform; we can move on to the following.
What I think will happen in 2024
Maybe and I was a bit hasty in saying that the BBS Network team is not working right now and surely they are doing something in secret that for the next quarter they will release a new update for the platform that will revolutionize everything we know so far and will make many new people interested in joining and many brands will turn their eyes to invest in BBS Network. This possibility is still on the table for some of us who are now sitting around waiting for something new anchored in the METABBS startup.
But, from what I see, I think that idea is more of just a pipe dream for the old-timers and nostalgics who miss the platform and what it used to be. What may happen is that we end up being forgotten little by little, in between speech after general speech by Eyal talking about topics like Web3, Blockchain Technology, the way social rules revolutionized media, etc. Those typical speeches a politician throws out to buy people's votes to get their hopes up for something that is NOT certain to come.
The funds will eventually run out, and when that happens, the few of us who are here will go to another place where we can capitalize our activity. Those of us who stay will be purely out of wishful thinking or nostalgia, with the hope of a new announcement and the fear of seeing the project die a complete death with their own eyes. Something that was done well at the beginning but that due to negligence, stubbornness and overconfidence on the part of the CEO and his team ended up decaying, like an avalanche.

After almost two years in BBS Network, I want to share with you my most humble story in this platform, which I currently consider to be one of the best of its kind that I have had the privilege of knowing and working with. The purpose of this post is only to capture my past and experience on the internet in one place and thus leave an example for the newbies to follow and for the veterans a nostalgic memory of the past.
Let's start with March 2022, a time when the world of Cryptocurrencies was in full growth, close to witnessing one of the most important moments in the history of Bitcoin (reaching $65k). I, for my part, a user who had just left a small job as a Copywriter at a Spanish Youtuber's Website, was searching the internet for sites where I could earn money writing. After knowing several sites like Noise, Read and Hive, I came across BBS Network, a place that reminded me a lot of Reddit.
I started by introducing myself on METABBS as a Writter looking to share his basic knowledge of the internet world and Cryptocurrencies. Since then, I was sharing, on a daily basis, BBS token analysis posts, tips and ways to be able to improve the content that users could share on the internet at the same time in which I was learning more and more about the platform. One of the things I always liked the most about BBS Network was the possibility to be in more than one community and share content on various sites. I started on MNFTC by uploading posts about basic things in the world of Cryptocurrencies and then, with the transition, I started talking about movies, series and anime.
Transitions and a Big Reset
That's right, my content has changed a lot in this last year, going from talking about Cryptocurrencies to doing Movie, Anime and Music Reviews. Nowadays I feel calmer and happier with the content I'm sharing, despite everything. However, not everything was rosy because in BBS Network there was always its negative side, as it has been since then SPAM, Plagiarism and Fraud in the communities. When "The Great Reseat" arrived, everything changed and the platform gradually got rid of many users that only corrupted and bled the economy of the site.
This great change in BBS Network was necessary and made everything we knew about BBS Network change completely. It is no longer the same site it was two years ago, now the way in which content is shared and monetized is different. But, it is true that its principles have remained, one of the most important being to create your own community with your own rules and freedoms, a unique way of decentralization that I have seen on the Internet.
Although we are now free of all this (at least 90%) there are now much less people than before because most of the active users only came to make money on BBS Network in the least honest and fastest way possible. Many communities that were active back then are now dead, becoming a desert of Boards with ghost users. The few of us who are left hope that BBS Network will finally recover from this great downfall.
Bugs, Crashes and a Long Break
It is true that the BBS Network team has made many mistakes over the past few years, just as I and many of us have made mistakes. I personally took the liberty to correct them and improve, I also took the time to apologize and offer my help and services to those who needed it. Also, right now I have no grudge or hatred for anyone on this platform or its 10+ communities. I remain confident that BBS Network is still an excellent medium to be able to share content, create communities and earn money honestly and for free.
If I have said anything in the past that has offended any long-time user of the platform, I apologize for it completely. If I have made any mistakes in my past, I apologize and correct them right now. My doubts about the future operation of BBS Network will continue until I am shown otherwise, but my way of acting and using the platform will change if I see it necessary. Just as BBS Network is not the same as it was in 2022, I am not the same as I was then.
In BBS Network I have gained much more than I have done in other sites, I have developed as a Content Creator, I have learned a lot about how to moderate and grow a community, I have learned how to interact in the best way. I owe a lot to BBS Network and I hope that this slow return of its Development and Administrative Team will be better than earlier this year. Much is still expected from this platform, but that will be for a future post.
The Return of an Old Opponent
The past is a tangible example of what not to do in the present if we don't want to end up the same in the future. The human being has the horrible habit of forgetting, and that may apply to us or to the BBS Network Team. So I repeat these words once again: What is the goal of BBS Network? What is your vision? What do you plan to do with the platform in the next 5 or 10 years? I am still waiting for your respective answers.
We are currently more active than ever, this may be the first time we see such a close involvement of Eyal and his team with the METABBS community. But, not only that, but also for the few communities that have dropped off from a couple of years ago until now. What will the future hold for them? Will they get back their appreciation and rewards for their hard work in attracting users and generating traffic with their content and organic interactions on the platform? Or will they be replaced by new communities of groups or people that only bring visits without any organic or real interaction?

Last time I asked for a response to a series of questions I asked both the CEO, Eyal, and the DEVs and the rest of the BBS Network team. That response I am still waiting for, but due to the problems that have been going on in Pakistan, I think I will have to "sit back" and continue to wait.
And speaking of waiting, how long have you been waiting for BBS Network to finally grow? And no, don't tell me that the failed attempt to pay two communities of Progressives and Feminists by approving their Boards for the sole and absurd reason that it "gave virality to the platform in the search engines". In other words, instead of doing a good job and properly indexing the ENTIRE platform along with its Boardad/Communities and content to appear in Google search results, they preferred rather the "Easy Way" and pay people to appear in those results.
Why am I not surprised that these two Boards are no longer among the program's approved list or even listed on the BBS Network rewards chart? Because I knew they were NOT doing a good job. Geez, seriously, they even modified the rewards formula so that said "Communities" (who don't even deserve to be called communities) can make more money than the Boards that have been here since long before Super Comments existed. They did it before with BANTER and its two or three variants, then with CINMAX and now with these latest Boards.
Why is this happening? Simple, for the "love of money". They knew that sitting in their chairs doing nothing would not reach more people than two Youtubers did with a couple of videos. So, in order to get more money out of their project, they chose to promote and support communities that would bring traffic to the platform (instead of investing in advertising or promoting BBS Network on social networks). And we can see that by trying to change the formula again. The result is as expected and, instead of making money, what they did was to worsen the bad state BBS was already in before.
Anyway, I don't have to say if it was good or not what they did, the proof is there and for those who like numbers and making accounts (which is the only thing they do, apart from opposing you and defending themselves every time you say something) then look at the numbers of the rewards table. Look at the number of users coming in daily now and compare it to the number of users a year ago. Look at the numbers of active users on the Boards and compare to last year. Numbers never fail, numbers never lie.
And if you want more proof, go to all the currently active Boards, which would be at most 5 or 6, and see the numbers of visits to the posts that are shared. That goes for that too, right? Wait, apparently the content is not what counts now in BBS Network, it's the amount of views you get, that is, any crazy person can come from anywhere and bring a lot of views from a simple photo or a simple nonsense uploaded to one of these Boards. Because views are everything.
Sure, they compete and compare themselves to YouTube, a social media giant, a platform that has been on the internet for decades and is Light Years ahead of BBS Network. Please friends, be realistic and let's state that this is not the case, NOBODY but a couple of losers are those of us who know BBS Network on the internet, nobody else knows it. Ah, well, an American Youtuber who only does Fraud and a Venezuelan Youtuber who was the only one who dared to tell the truth about the platform long before we realized it.
You see? You see what's missing? You know what you have to do? Sure... now they want to add a new monetization method that will make us equal to Hive, another platform that is a lifetime ahead of BBS Network in development and technology, with an entire ecosystem and that is MUCH MORE KNOWN than a platform made by who-knows-what owners. Of course, now instead of revolutionizing what we do is to imitate, the Tiktoks (with the "Video Answers") and the voting system that already dozens of platforms of this same style have already incorporated.
I come back once again to ask: What the hell do you expect to do with BBS Network? What is your vision for the future? What is BBS Network for you? Will you finally fulfill the Road Map that you published for this year? It's not long before 2023 is over and it will be one more year that goes by that no one will know what the heck is BBS Network. No matter how much one shares their posts on social networks, NO ONE will click on the link because NO ONE knows the platform. Only those who will know about it will click on it and many of those who do know about it have already left the site.
I hope that, someday, some year, sometime in this century or the next, I will be given the opportunity to receive an appropriate response.

I consider that things are no longer the same as before, I see that the value of the content that is shared in the communities is no longer useful, now it only counts the numbers and visits. People don't even have to register anymore, we don't even have to make an effort to share daily, we don't need to interact organically anymore, everything is just visits. The leadership of the distribution of rewards will now only be achieved by those who have a growth and a high or considerable flow of visits from non-registered users.
Anyway, I see that nothing has changed, or that's what I think now. Until recently, it was noticeable that the content was improving, as were the communities and the members were engaged in generating more and more organic interactions. We were close to being completely rid of Spam and Fraud on the platform after implementing "Approval Mode". But, of course, the visits, that's what matters most, right? Instead of focusing on ways to improve the user experience on BBS Network, implementing tools, data, indexing keywords that help content shared in communities appear in the most popular search engines. Instead of improving the aesthetics and presenting a much easier and simpler to use website, a complete platform for a user, creator, editor, promoter, professional, etc. Instead of doing this, no, it is better to give priority to visits and pay the communities that generate them more than all.
I don't understand the new formula, I don't understand what they implemented, I don't understand why I see that an active and interactive community like SATIVA is below more than two ghost communities, empty banners and no real data. I don't understand how it is possible that BANTER, a dead community, is above METV, the second largest community on the platform. No, however many "unregistered users" join, they do not count if they are not registered. They do not appear in the "unique users" list of the Rewards Table. And no, as much as they believe or think that supporting these anonymous communities will help new members join the platform, they won't do it if they don't know the platform well to begin with.
Who knows BBS Network? That is the question that must always be asked. Surely 90% of all the members of this platform do not have a complete knowledge of what BBS Network is. It is not a site to earn money, it is not a social network, it is not a decentralized platform. Why does this happen? Why are many of those who even frequent the platform not aware of BBS Network? It's simple: because NOBODY talks about her on the internet. I don't see anyone promoting the platform on social networks, I don't see any content creator or Famous or recognized Influencer talking about BBS Network now. eyal? Who is he? Banter? Does anyone know that company? There are things that are not taken into account or are not done from the beginning and promotion and advertising is one of them. An interview, a video is fine, but it's not enough, it's not a complete campaign.
Yes, we are users and we are part of the BBS Network community, but it is not that we are being paid to promote a project that is not ours. That, to begin with, has to be done by the person in charge of Marketing and Advertising of the platform. TikTok? Are we going to dance in short videos to promote the platform or what? An advertising campaign is more complex and serious than that. Please, you have to give priority to the content that is already shared in the communities that are already formed on BBS Network. A "nobody" won't make any difference if he talks about the project, no matter how many thousands of videos or posts or articles he makes about it. I repeat, we need to prioritize quality, dissemination and promotion. If nobody knows about the project or the platform, who is going to register? Yes, maybe one in a thousand will, but that doesn't change anything. Now we are fewer than before, the platform itself is gradually disappearing, with more unregistered members than registered members frequenting the platform.
In the end, I'm afraid if this continues, we'll end up just like BANTER, with pure phantom users making fake numbers on the Table. Nobody here wants that, I'm sure. So, BBS Network team, please tell me what you're doing. And please keep in mind that I am not a developer, I am not a programmer, I am not a professional, I am just an average user, so I need a simple and direct explanation of what you are planning to do for the future of BBS Network. I read, I don't listen since I don't understand English. Please, I don't want to offend anyone with everything I have mentioned, it is just what I think and it is what I am currently concerned with what is happening. I need an answer, don't ignore me again please.

I'm here again to share something with you, taking advantage of the fact that we will continue to give suggestions to the BBS Network Developers to implement them on the platform. This idea came to me reading the last post that KryptoKitty shared. She was talking about suggesting adding the numbers of the times a video that you have shared in your post has been played, as is done on YouTube, TikTok or any other video social network.
That got me thinking about a lot of other data that can be implemented in a BBS Network pots. Of course, the views, if they are useful for something since only the ones that the post receives count and not the video (unless a brand pays for views on the platform), They are useless for anything other than data to be taken into account. On the other hand, there is other data that may be more useful and interesting, since it can help the editor of the post to improve, either its content or its promotion.
The data that I suggest adding are the following:
- Data from the countries where the posts are visited.
- Data from the sites where the "unregistered" visits come.
- Data from the search engines and keywords used to find the post on the internet.
- Data on how long the post has been receiving visits.
- Data on how long users have stayed to read said post.
These data can be displayed by numbers, graphs or images. As an example, the data shown by social networks on the reach of the publications (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twich, Medium, Reddit, etc.) can be used.
You could add a button or an additional option in the posts where a small sale is displayed with this data. This will further help, as Content Creators, to recognize where the visits we receive in our posts come from and thus improve our promotion strategy, focusing more on the sites which are most frequented. You can also add a small section in our profile, next to the publications and rewards, a section called "Analytics" where the suggested data of the last shared posts. This would change depending on the Board where they are.
SEO is necessary for the growth of BBS Network
Of course, for some data, SEO tools would have to be implemented, such as "key words" which, if the platform were indexed in the Google search engine, would be easier to detect these data. What's more, if this is implemented, as I already mentioned in a post a while ago, the reach and the average number of users would increase a lot without the need to promote anything.
Millions of users use Internet search engines to find answers or research about a certain topic. So why not make the BBS Network, a site where many topics are discussed, visible in the results of said search engines? I consider that not doing this is a million-dollar loss of visits and new interested users. Once again, I have already mentioned this SEO issue in more detail in a post, however, I consider that it is necessary to emphasize this again since this function or tool is essential for the growth of the platform.
Anyway, this is my suggestion. I hope it will be of interest to the members of the BBS Network team.

But I'm back with a personal opinion and a suggestion from me both for the community and for the team in charge of the platform. This latest update to BBS Network was the one that many of us active METABBS Editors/Writers and other communities have been asking for and waiting for for a long time. Now that it has been implemented much sooner than expected, some have been complaining about these changes (bearing in mind that they were the ones who asked for it).
Anyway, I am not going to repeat what my colleague CryptoSLM (or however his name is spelled) already said in his last post or what many other colleagues have commented about this. What I am going to say is the following: BBS Network Team, what are you waiting for to promote the platform? I believe that, although it is not 100%, it can be said that it is much better designed than one or two years ago. What's more, I think it's more than enough for them to take out videos, banners and advertisements on the internet and social networks talking about the platform.
But, well, as TNL already commented recently: the cryptocurrency market is currently in a bad moment and it is difficult to sell a cryptographic product nowadays.
However, I consider that an excuse as there are many other ways to sell BBS Network to the public:
- Social networks are currently harassing their users, restricting their content due to censorship problems, however, on BBS Network, there is no such problem.
- Many Content Creators are currently looking for a platform that provides them with all the creation, distribution and monetization services, which they can also find at BBS Network.
- Many communities feel closed off and without the freedom to express themselves and share what they think without others criticizing and condemning them, this does not happen on BBS Network, in addition, it offers the possibility of joining various Communities where you can express yourself and talk freely or you can even create your own community where you can talk and share what you want with others.
In short, If an average user wants to talk about a topic, anyone, they want to be part of a community, they want to share their opinion about something controversial or sensitive, they want to create content they like, want to create your own community, you want to monetize your content and community, all this and more can be achieved on BBS Network. Currently popular social networks like Kick, Twitch and YouTube compete to get the most Content Creators. For that, they offer thousands or even millions of dollars, but, in the end, they end up limiting themselves for many reasons. While it is true that BBS Network does not offer those large amounts of money, it can offer the freedom that every Content Creator and Influencer seeks on the internet.
Content Creators and Influencers on BBS Network
In the end, as members of the BBS Network, many of us may come to call ourselves "Content Creators". However, there is a big difference between a Content Creator and an Influencer. Influencers move large masses of users (between thousands and millions) And they are the ones that receive the main focus on one or more social networks. On the other hand, a Content Creator does not have those merits.
However, we can become "Influencers" within the BBS Network (despite the fact that right now it does not have even 800 daily active users, not counting the unregistered ones). How can we achieve this? Simple. Being original with what we share and do on BBS Network. The simple advice "if you know how to do something, become an expert at it and prove it". This way you will attract the attention of a specific audience, which may be smaller or larger, depending on the topic or niche you take.
For example, during these weeks I have been active in the METV community because I am a Moderator there. Currently my content regarding movies and cinema reaches a maximum of 10 - 20 daily users. This, obviously, does not make me an "Influencer" in this community, but I am a Content Creator that attracts the attention of a specific group much larger than usual. In METABBS it's another case because I'm not very active or my topics vary a lot, which also varies the audience I reach. In the end, no matter how hard you work to be the most original or do something "revolutionary" on BBS Network, you will not be able to achieve the big numbers that are needed to be an Influencer as such, but you can get to share one when you get the attention of a much larger audience than others get on average.
One piece of advice that I can give you is the following: take the opportunity to be someone outside of the BBS Network, on social networks or on the internet, wherever. The mistake that many make is to only stay to create content within the BBS Network, which is fine, but it will not do you any good if your goal is somewhat higher than average. In order to "get the most out of" the BBS Network, you have to get an off-platform audience or audience that knows you and what you do. Thus, you will be able to depend more on yourself and not on a platform. When you achieve this and get an audience of your own, it will now be much easier for you to do what you want on the BBS Network.
And now with the new update, any Partner is going to consider doing this if they want to get more out of what they earn from the impressions they get on their posts. In the end, it's not just about the money, that's just another means to an end. The real objective is to achieve a personal brand, a community of our own, an image and recognition for our work on the Internet, and we can achieve that on BBS Network.

That's right, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Bitcoin Cash, all the cryptocurrencies in the market have been all this week, and the previous one, on the rise, and the $BBS token (native cryptocurrency of the BBS Network project) on the other hand, has not risen at all, not at all. As usual, every fortnight I bring an "analysis" of the preferred cryptocurrency of all the members of this community, in addition to predicting what it will surely do in the following days. However, the situation with this coin is just as critical as the activity situation on the platform: in a critical state.
It is probably due to the little activity that has been taking place recently due to the changes that have been taking place on the platform regarding the distribution of rewards. Many investors or those interested in earning $1 withdraw it to their wallets and spend it left when they saw that the impressions now are not worth a quarter of what they were a month ago. Is this good for BBS Network? In part, of course, because this is how you "purge" Spammers, Frauds, and Scammers. But, on the other hand, this fall directly and negatively affects both the image of the project (a subject that I have already discussed in previous posts) and, in this case, the price of the cryptocurrency.
As we can see in the graph at the beginning, the price of the $BBS token is still between $0.012 despite the fact that the cryptocurrency market has risen a lot during the last two weeks. We can say that this is one of the few cryptocurrencies that did not "get carried away" by the Bullish Trend of the market and the HYPE that is dominating right now. We ask again: is this good? Partly yes because those of us who know the project can notice that it is one that does not get carried away by the fucking "Smoke" of wealthy people, but rather its resistance is based more on the utility that it has in its project. But, on the other hand, and for those who don't know the project yet, this can have a negative effect because NO ONE likes to be in a project with a decreasing economy.
Finally, what can we say about the future of the $BBS token? Well, personally, until we attract large and new masses of users interested in sharing interesting and original content on the platform and in joining the different communities that it forms and new more active communities are born, both the activity and the price of the token $BBS will continue to fall in search of new all-time lows.
Currently, the cryptocurrency is between $0.012, the same price it was at last February before it rose 400% and touched $0.056 over the course of two weeks. We can notice the great fall it has had from then on. Now, in the middle of the year 2023 and with the arrival of upcoming updates that will make the platform reach a much larger audience, there is a possibility that the big rise will happen again. I want to talk about a point that caught my attention and that KryptoKitty mentioned in his summary of the "Weekly Chat" last Sunday in the Official Twitter Space. In this meeting (which I can't participate in because I don't know English, so I have no other option but to participate through this means) the latest changes that occurred in the BBS Network platform were discussed, which was the second reduction of the CPM at $5, taking the rest of the rewards to the Community Pool for a more manual distribution to each Board. Kitty mentions that, with this reduction, Plagiarism, and Spam, the two main enemies of any social and informational platform, would be reduced by giving less economic value to the Partnership. Which, apparently, he has accomplished in the last seven days.
However, the point that caught my attention in his summary was the following: “When you invite people to a community (Board), do not explain about the rewards they could get, but tell them the potential of the network and that they are going to participate in a good project. This got me thinking and I asked myself: “Is this way of promoting BBS Network okay?” What do I mean by this? I explain. It is true that my colleague wanted to explain at this point that, instead of inviting people to one of the BBS Network communities with the mistaken idea that "they will earn a lot of money", it is better to talk about the project as "an opportunity to create and share quality content, in addition to creating a personal brand or even creating your own community”, thus highlighting its other benefits and offers.
It is true that "to a good understanding, few words". But, this does not apply to the ignorant, which are many to date. That is, not everyone knows the subject of Cryptocurrencies. Barely less than 10% of the world population knows the basics, which is already little. But, this is not the problem, the problem is that most people confuse cryptocurrencies as a "way to make money online", which leads them to the easy conclusion that it is a scam (a conclusion that can easily be reached by many taking into account that some of the most popular projects in this market ended up being a scam).
However, this can be avoided if we know how to explain to the person what BBS Network is in a good way.

It is also a space where you can make yourself known and grow as a Content Creator. You can even create your own community where you can share with your friends and acquaintances the topics that you like to talk about the most”.

Is it okay to promote BBS Network in this way?
Now, with the subject of money, everyone is interested in money. However, the original problem with the platform is not that, but the wrong way that many try to earn money on BBS Network. Every Authentic Content Creator deserves to be rewarded for their hard work because, regardless of what others think, creating content is not an easy task. It requires time, dedication, attention, and offering a good service (which in this case would be to entertain or teach the reader through well-made publications). Writing, editing, publishing, promoting, chatting, and arguing all take time, attention, and commitment and need to be rewarded.
However, if you are one of those who prefer to upload anything, you are not active, you do not comment, you use multiple accounts to inflate the impressions and you commit constant Plagiarism and Spam, obviously you do not deserve a penny for your bad work. These types of users, unfortunately, are the “stragglers” of the members who came by a certain Crypto Youtuber who brought his community of money lovers to the BBS Network, people who don't care about creating good content or people who have come with a misconception of how to use BBS Network. Of course, it is easier to attract people by offering them the opportunity to earn money than by explaining and advising them to learn more about the project and to interact and become familiar with their communities.
The consequences of BBS Network's dark past still haunt us to this day. However, these latest changes have been crucial in bringing this war to an end. The problem? Now the platform is desolate, abandoned, and stained because of Spammers and Plagiers. But, there are still more than 7 billion people in the world to arrive.
As for money, I personally think that if you offer a thief money, he will take it out of your hands, but if you offer money to a Creator, he will offer you a very good service. It is not the same for a scammer to come to your house and make a mess and take your money as a professional to come, do a good job, and demand a reward from him. The same applies to Content Creators, those who, during these last decades, have moved large masses of people to platforms that nobody knew about and that, from one day to the next, are popular. They are the kind of people we need at BBS Network, and we can only reach them by offering a good promotion.
And finally, I remind you of the law of "supply and demand" which can be applied to BBS Network by selling itself as a censorship-free social network where you can share content and create communities. Something that, although it can be done in other more popular social networks, the restrictions and limitations that many have due to the high censorship that exists is a serious problem that many Content Creators and Communities suffer. Thus, you solve the need that many demands, offering them a space where they can get it without problems. This must always be taken into account when promoting this project.

BBS Network's Number One Moviegoer Community, METV, is inviting you to participate in the current Weekly Contest: Your Favorite Action Movie. As the second largest and most active Board on the platform, Meta Engagers TV (METV) holds weekly contests so that everyone, Partners and Non-Partners alike, can participate by sharing their content and qualify for one of five prizes in $BBS tokens that we have in store. Every week we give away 1k $BBS Tokens to the community for their participation and content.
Lately, the METV Owner, together with the moderation team, made the decision to add a new rule to the community: now Bollywood movies and series (and their sub-genres and the like) are not allowed in the community. Only those that are new or first-run movies are allowed. This decision was taken to eliminate a potential source of the high Plagiarism and Fraud that has been constantly detected in the community. Also, the moderation team will be able to become more familiar with the content being shared from now on. This will also help members to share more varied content that positions METV in social networks (either by promoting the community or by sharing the posts that are uploaded on the board in those social networks).
Obviously, this caused many regular people to leave the community. The results are clearly noticeable in the last two days of the BBS Network Rewards Board. Indeed those who stopped visiting the Board are multi-accounts or users who only share Bollywood movies. Now, those who continue to share content on METV are engaged regular users who share original and quality content, and who are and will continue to be rewarded with Super Comments daily.

As a moderator, I can speak for the whole of the team that we have been working very hard these past few weeks, as always, on providing a space where every fan of movies, series, and TV shows can join and share what they love to watch the most. We have gone through many changes, we have fallen and we have risen again, we have gone through many Frauds detected by the team in charge that we have managed to eliminate immediately. However, the work continues and the community's goal and vision remain the same.
Now, with the new Community Pool and Super Comments, we have been supporting the most outstanding Creators and Editors in the community with cash rewards. Both those who publish review posts, news or movie, and TV-related topics, as well as editors who have excelled in creating and sharing original and exciting videos in the community. We have noticed how the quality of the shared content is starting to improve, knowing the changes and the recent reduction of the CPM. Knowing the possibilities of this new reward system will help us highlight what content is quality and engaging and what content is not.
It is true that there is still a lot of Spam and Plagiarism that we are constantly detecting at all times and eliminating in the community. Thinking and analyzing the BBS Network platform as a Content Creator, I have noticed that it is necessary to add a system or a function with which you can manually organize the content that is shared in the communities in the form of "Lists of Posts", as is done on YouTube, Facebook or TikTok with the Lists of Plays. This would greatly help the user to have more controlled access and order of their content and be able to place as relevant the posts they are most interested in being highlighted at the top of the list.
This also helps Creators or Editors who like to make series or tell stories in our publications, to make a list of posts where all the posts of a specific topic go so that others can access it faster than scrolling to the bottom without any order or relevance. Also, it would be great that, just as you can set posts in the BBS Network Boards, it would be great that everyone can also set their favorite posts in their own profiles.
There has always been the banner we can see where posts are supposedly organized by "Hot", "New", "Active" and "Top". Although I honestly don't quite understand the meaning of all of them, I doubt that everyone uses these categories to search for posts. For that, there is the search engine, of course, but, it would also be great if, instead of this bar, lists of posts categorized by names, titles, or topics could be added and appear at the top, just like this bar. It is the same thing that happened with the Channels that, then became Flairs for greater use, the same happens with this function, eliminating these categories and adding lists of publications instead in each profile of each user would help a lot in different aspects.
