It’s easy to overlook the new members as we sit in comfort zones .However , it’s really important that we give them a big welcome and support..They will make the mistakes we did and find it hard to gain traction. We  have a good intake of new members ,but we tend to lose many of them ,because they become disillusioned with a lack of progress.. Give them your best support , we need them to become part of our community..🙏
