Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm lead 10 LIV Golf players into the 2026 Masters, giving Augusta National a loaded group of proven stars and threats.
LIV Golf players will be a major storyline at the 2026 Masters, and it starts with Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm.
Augusta National always spotlights the game’s biggest names, but this year’s LIV Golf group arrives with real momentum, serious pedigree and multiple players capable of making a run at the green jacket.
Ten LIV golfers are in the 2026 Masters field, including past champions Sergio Garcia, Dustin Johnson, Jon Rahm, Charl Schwartzel and Bubba Watson.
That group alone accounts for six Masters titles, while Cameron Smith brings a résumé that includes the 2022 Open Championship and five top-10 finishes in his last eight starts at Augusta.
Add in Tyrrell Hatton, Carlos Ortiz and Masters debutant Tom McKibbin, and LIV’s presence feels deep, not just top-heavy.
Still, the spotlight belongs to DeChambeau and Rahm.
DeChambeau enters Augusta on a heater after winning consecutive LIV events. He followed a playoff victory in Singapore with another in South Africa, where he outlasted Rahm after Rahm fired a final-round 63.
Rahm, meanwhile, has been arguably the steadiest player on LIV all season. Through five events, his finishes read 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 5th and 2nd, which explains why he sits first in season-long points.
The respect between the two stars is obvious.
“He's been playing fantastic golf," Rahm said of DeChambeau. "It's been incredible. When he gets going, he's a very difficult man to beat.”
DeChambeau returned the praise after South Africa.
“Hats off to Jon Rahm. I’ve got to tell you, that guy, gosh, he’s too good, DeChambeau stated. "He’s unbelievable. That’s why he’s one of the best in the world.”
Rahm does have one clear advantage. He’s already won at Augusta, capturing the 2023 Masters at 12-under. But DeChambeau’s recent Masters form suggests he’s getting closer, too, with finishes of tied sixth in 2024 and tied fifth in 2025.
If LIV Golf is going to make its loudest statement at Augusta yet, there’s a strong chance it’ll come from those two.
