The PGA Tour's only team event is back in New Orleans. Here are the pairings that should have your attention next week at TPC Louisiana.

The PGA Tour's only team event returns to TPC Louisiana this week, and the 2026 Zurich Classic of New Orleans has an 80-team field packed with compelling pairings.

The alternating four-ball and foursomes format makes chemistry and compatibility just as important as raw talent. Here are the teams worth watching when play kicks off April 23.

Brooks Koepka and Shane Lowry

This is the headliner. Lowry won this event in 2024 alongside Rory McIlroy, but with McIlroy taking time off following his Masters victory, Lowry has linked up with Koepka.

Two major champions, both known for big-game performances and an edge that fits the team format well. Koepka has the power and Lowry has the short game creativity.

On paper, this works, and both will be motivated to prove they belong at the top of the leaderboard without their usual running mates.

Matt Fitzpatrick and Alex Fitzpatrick

The brothers are back for their fourth consecutive Zurich Classic together.

Matt arrives in New Orleans in red-hot form, currently leading the RBC Heritage at -14 under after 36 holes. A former U.S. Open champion and one of the best ball-strikers in the world, Fitzpatrick is playing some of the best golf of his season right now.

Alex recently claimed his first DP World Tour title, so both brothers are carrying momentum into this week. The foursomes format in particular suits siblings who have grown up playing together and know each other's games inside out.

If Matt carries his Hilton Head form to TPC Louisiana, this team is going to be very difficult to beat.

Ben Griffin and Andrew Novak

The defending champions return. Griffin and Novak won this event last year and will come in with a target on their backs.

Both are mid-tier PGA Tour players who elevated their games in a team setting, and there is no reason to think they cannot do it again.

Defending in this format is difficult, but familiarity with TPC Louisiana and experience playing together gives them a real chance.

Beyond the featured teams, the field has plenty of other names worth tracking.

Wyndham Clark and Taylor Moore, Aaron Rai and Sahith Theegala, Tom Kim and Kevin Yu, Tony Finau and Max Greyserman and the 2023 champions Davis Riley and Nick Hardy.

There is no shortage of talent across the 80-team draw this week in New Orleans.
