Gage Jump looking good at Spring Training

Don't go to sleep on pitcher Gage Jump, who turned some heads at Spring Training in Mesa, Ariz.

Athletics manager Mark Kotsay was very impressed by what he saw Jump do in a bullpen session.

"His bullpen was really good," Kotsay told MLB.com in an article about Jump. "He knows what he wants to do. He’s very advanced in terms of preparation and knowledge of what he feels like he does well. … It’s great to see a young pitcher have an understanding of his abilities."
