The Jays have three Top 100 prospects, according to the service.

Update, 10:45 p.m. ET: An earlier version of this story had the MLB Pipeline rankings wrong. They have been corrected now.

9:00 a.m. ET: Just days after Baseball America gave the Toronto Blue Jays three prospects inside the Top 100 of its rankings, MLB Pipeline did the same, putting Trey Yesavage, JoJo Parker and Arjun Nimmala on its list.

Here's what you need to know, and there are some significant deviations between prospect services.

No. 12 Trey Yesavage

This is one of multiple differences between BA and MLB Pipeline, though it's slight, as Yesavage was ranked No. 10 at Baseball America. That outlet also had him projected to win American League Rookie of the Year.

A first-round pick of the Blue Jays in 2024, Yesavage shot through the minors in 2025, appearing in the big leagues in September and October. The 22-year-old went 1-0 in three starts down the stretch and then won games in the American League Division Series, American League Championship Series and World Series. His performance in Game 6 of the ALCS saved Toronto's season and his 12-strikeout win in Game 5 of the World Series was lights out as well.

He will pair with Kevin Gausman, Shane Bieber and Dylan Cease in the rotation, with Cody Ponce and Jose Berrios likely to battle for the final spot.

No. 45 JoJo Parker

A significant difference here: Baseball America had Parker ranked at No. 66 - it also had him below fellow infielder Arjun Nimmala.

A first-round pick of the Jays in 2025, Parker did not make his professional debut after getting drafted. Thus, his development in 2026 will be one of the biggest things to watch for the organization as a whole. A middle infielder, he has 20-25 home run potential, according to MLB Pipeline.

It would make sense for him to begin the year at Single-A Dunedin, and given that he's just 19 years old, he could stay there for the duration of the campaign.

No. 77 Arjun Nimmala

Baseball America had him at No. 62, so this is another difference between the two outlets.

Just 20 years old, Nimmala was a first-round pick of the Jays in 2023. He spent all of 2025 at High-A Vancouver and is continuing to work on his bat at the professional level. He hit .224 at Vancouver over 120 games while socking 13 homers and driving in 61.

He will appear in Double-A in 2026, though a return to High-A at the start of the year is not out of the question.

The Blue Jays report to spring training in mid-February and the first pitchers and catchers workout is Feb. 11.
