The Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers are set for a National League Championship Series with a trip to the World Series on the line.
A much-anticipated rematch is set for the NLCS as the Milwaukee Brewers face the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Both teams have been the best in the National League, with the Brewers recording a historic regular season and winning the most games in franchise history.
On the other hand, Los Angeles's season hasn't been as smooth as most would assume, with struggles and injuries among top players, yet they still seem to find a way to remain among the league's top teams, showcasing that championship pedigree.
The Dodgers swept Milwaukee in the NLCS last season on their way to their second straight World Series. However, expect this series to be different.
Game times
Games 1 and 3 of the series will be played on Sunday at 7 p.m. Eastern (Games 6 and 7 will also be played at 7 p.m. EST if necessary).
Game 2 is slated for the earliest start of the series at 5 p.m. Eastern.
Games 4 and 5 (if necessary) will be played at 9 pm Eastern.

Key hitters for Brewers-Dodgers
Although both teams have multiple offensive weapons, each team has one hitter they should watch more closely in this series.
For the defending champs, Max Muncy has consistently come up big over the years as one of the team's established veterans and did so in the team's NLDS, hitting two homers and tying the franchise's postseason record.
From veteran to up-and-coming star, Jackson Chourio should be Milwaukee's bat to watch. Chourio also had a great NLDS, with six RBIs, and broke the franchise's playoff RBI record.
Key pitchers for Brewers-Dodgers
Tarik Skubal and Yoshinobu Yamamoto are the Dodgers' two key pitchers.
Yamamoto came up big last series, throwing a 10-strikeout outing in a critical game, and the team brought in Skubal at the trade deadline for these crucial postseason moments.
If Los Angeles gets a solid outing from them, then it largely increases their chances of winning.
Jacob Misiorowski and Dustin May are Milwaukee's two most important pitchers.
Misiorowski gave up two runs and lasted only four innings in Game 1 of the NLDS. A bounce-back performance against Los Angeles will be essential and, given his season, it should happen.
The veteran may also have had a brief outing in Game 3 but was sharp and knows what it takes to perform well in big games.
Key matchups for Brewers-Dodgers
A matchup to watch is Shohei Ohtani against the Brewers' starting rotation.
After a rough NLDS, the Dodgers will need Ohtani to bounce back in the series, since the team performs best when he hits the ball well.
Granted, the four-time MVP had knee and bicep injuries toward the end of the season that kept him on the Injured List, and those injuries could still be bothering him, but in the postseason, few players are truly healthy.
For Milwaukee, they have to keep the offense going against the Dodgers' starting rotation. A large reason they were swept last season was their inability to get on base and get hits against the Dodgers' dominant pitching.
While that hasn't changed for the Dodgers, the Brewers haven't had much of that problem thus far in the postseason. They know that if they're going to get over the hump, the time is now, and it starts with getting the bats rolling against some of the best pitchers in the league.
