Dylan Carlson had a hot start to Monday's game against the Cincinnati Reds for the Chicago Cubs. 

He doubled in his first at-bat of the game, but then something bad happened later on in the game. Carlson was at the plate in the fourth inning when he took a pitch to his right elbow. 

Carlson took his base but was seen wincing in pain afterwards. Should this be a cause for concern?
