The 2026 World Baseball Classic is still about a month away, but there will be plenty of Chicago Cubs players representing their countries. 

Team USA has 3B Alex Bregman, OF Pete Crow-Armstrong and SP Matthew Boyd. Team Canada will feature SP Jameson Taillon. Catcher Miguel Amaya is representing Team Panama, with Seiya Suzuki suiting up for Japan. 

Daniel Palencia is playing for Venezuela, and Javier Assad is playing for Mexico.
