The Chicago Cubs are very lucky to have a player like infielder Nico Hoerner in their clubhouse. 

He consistently had a solid stat line throughout the course of the entire 2025 season. In March and April, he hit .295 with a WAR of 0.7. Then in May, he hit .290 with a 0.8 WAR. The lowest his batting average got was .283 in August with a 0.6 WAR. 

However, he really turned things on in September and October, with a .333 average and 1.2 WAR. Hoerner and the Cubs are a great match.
