Josue De Paula and Mike Sirota were both recognized by MLB Pipeline after putting together standout offensive seasons for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Los Angeles Dodgers had two of the most productive young outfielders in the minors during the 2026 season, and MLB Pipeline recognized both of them.

Josue De Paula and Mike Sirota were selected to MLB Pipeline's All-MiLB Prospect First Team after standout campaigns that showcased two different offensive profiles within the Dodgers' system.

De Paula spent the entire regular season at Double-A Tulsa and emerged as one of the most productive hitters in the Texas League. The 21-year-old finished with a .303/.401/.547 slash line across 124 games, recording 27 home runs, 104 RBIs, 106 runs and 31 stolen bases.

His 152 hits led the Texas League, while his 104 RBIs also ranked first in the league. The production earned De Paula Texas League Most Valuable Player honors.

De Paula was hot this season

The biggest development in his season came from his power. De Paula nearly matched the number of home runs he had hit during his first four professional seasons combined, reaching 27 long balls in 2026.

He also maintained a disciplined approach throughout the season. De Paula drew 81 walks compared with 87 strikeouts, helping him produce a .401 on-base percentage while also providing significant power and speed.

His 27 home runs and 31 stolen bases made De Paula one of the few minor-league players capable of combining that level of power and speed in the same season.

Sirota took a different path through the Dodgers' system but was just as productive.

The 23-year-old played across three levels, reaching Triple-A after beginning the year at High-A and Double-A. He finished the season with a .307/.461/.526 slash line across 108 games, along with 17 home runs, 62 RBIs, 100 runs and 13 stolen bases.

Sirota's ability to consistently reach base was one of the defining characteristics of his season. He collected 100 walks while also recording 100 hits and 100 runs, putting him in an extremely rare statistical group among minor-league players.

Sirota on-base efforts consistent

His on-base production remained remarkably consistent throughout the year. After going hitless in his fourth at-bat of the second game of the season, Sirota reached base in 72 consecutive games.

The former 2023 fourth-round pick also provided defensive versatility, seeing time in both center and right field as he continued advancing through the Dodgers' system.

While De Paula's season was highlighted by his power and speed, Sirota's was built around his ability to control at-bats and consistently get on base. Together, they gave the Dodgers two highly productive outfield prospects who reached MLB Pipeline's First Team through different paths.

De Paula was ranked as the Dodgers' No. 1 prospect and No. 6 overall prospect by MLB Pipeline, while Sirota entered the rankings as the organization's No. 2 prospect and No. 14 overall.

Both players also reached the major-league level during the season, with De Paula making his MLB debut and Sirota advancing all the way to Triple-A.

Their inclusion on MLB Pipeline's First Team provides another recognition of the depth within the Dodgers' farm system and the progress both outfielders made during the 2026 season.
