The Seattle Mariners farm system has been regarded as one of the best in the sport for more than two years. And that trend is continuing, at least according to one outlet.
MLB Pipeline recently released its first top 100 rankings of 2026 and the Mariners were the best-represented team on the list.
Seattle had seven top 100 prospects, more than any other club in the majors.
Here's an overview of the Mariners players who ranked in the top 100:
Emerson was Seattle's top overall pick in a 2023 MLB Draft that included three players taken by the M's with the first 30 picks. The 20-year-old looks primed to make an impact in the major leagues in 2026.
Emerson is projected to make his major league debut this upcoming season. He slashed .285/.383/.458 with an .841 OPS and hit 28 doubles, six triples and 16 home runs with 71 RBIs in 130 games across the High-A, Double-A and Triple-A levels in 2025.
Emerson ended the season with the major league club's playoff taxi squad and will have an opportunity to earn the open third base job with Seattle in spring training.
Anderson was selected with the third overall pick in the 2025 MLB Draft. He was considered the most pro-ready pitcher of the class and led NCAA Division I in strikeouts with LSU in 2025. He was named the College World Series Most Outstanding Player.
With the Tigers, Anderson posted a 3.18 ERA and struck out 180 hitters in 119 innings pitched across 19 starts in '25. He had a 12-1 record.
Sloan was selected in the second round of the 2024 MLB Draft out of high school and impressed in his first taste of professional ball.
Sloan began his career with the Single-A Modesto Nuts and was promoted to the High-A Everett AquaSox on Aug. 10. He posted a 3.73 ERA and fanned 90 batters in 82 innings pitched across 21 starts.
Montes joined the organization as an international signing out of Cuba in 2022. Since then, Montes has received notoriety due to his power, which is among the best in the minor leagues.
In 131 games with Everett and the Double-A Arkansas Travelers, Montes slashed .241/.354/.504 with an .858 OPS and hit 19 doubles, seven triples and 32 homers with 89 RBIs.
Arroyo was another 2022 international signing and has been one of the organization's most well-rounded prospects since joining.
This past season with the AquaSox and Travelers, Arroyo slashed .262/.401/.433 with an .834 OPS in 121 games and hit 24 doubles, a triple and 17 home runs with 54 RBIs.
Arroyo will play left field at the Mariners' request this upcoming season.
Farmelo was a part of the stout 2023 draft class. He was picked with the 29th overall selection.
Farmelo has shown promise in his limited time with Seattle's farm system but has deal with injuries.
Farmelo only played 29 games in '25 with Everett due to recovering from a torn ACL the previous year and a stress reaction in a rib this year. He slashed .230/.318/.460 with a .778 OPS and hit six doubles, a triple and six homers with 16 RBIs.
Cijntje was the organization's top selection in the 2024 and immediately drew attention due to being ambidextrous.
Cijntje debuted with the AquaSox in '25 and was promoted to Arkansas on Aug. 4.
The 22-year-old switch-pitcher posted a 3.99 ERA and struck out 120 batters in 108.1 innings pitched across 26 outings (23 starts).
It should be noted that these rankings are a welcome deviation from what we just saw at Baseball America, who gave the Mariners only four Top 100 prospects.
