
The latest round of roster cuts has arrived in Fort Myers, and the picture inside Red Sox camp is starting to sharpen.
Boston reassigned left-hander T.J. Sikkema and right-handers Seth Martinez, Wyatt Olds, and Noah Song to minor league camp on Monday, trimming the Major League group down to 54 players, including 13 non-roster invitees.
At this stage of spring, the headlines matter a little less than the math - fewer lockers, fewer reps, and a clearer path for the players still in the mix.
