Rockies Well on Their Way to Another Loss

After jumping out to a 1-0 lead early, the Colorado Rockies and, specifically, starting pitcher Tanner Gordon, fell behind the San Diego Padres.

The Padres sent 11 batters to the plate in the top of the second inning and scored seven runs. They've added two more runs to that total and are up 9-1 on the Rockies in the bottom of the sixth inning on Thursday afternoon at Coors Field.

Rockies Nearing 100-Loss Mark

It's been a tough road for the Colorado Rockies recently and their eight-game losing streak has not helped them avoid that 100-loss mark.

Right now, the Rockies need to go 8-4 in their final 12 games to not hit the century level in defeats in the 2026 MLB season.

Rockies Look to Get One Win Against Yankees

The Colorado Rockies close out their three-game series against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night.

Colorado has lost the first two games of this series. The Rockies really need to right the ship with a victory, or their road to 100 losses just picks up more speed.

Not Jordan Romano's Night

Well, Jordan Romano has been somewhat reliable coming out of the bullpen for the Colorado Rockies.

But Friday night's blown save is not going to sit well with him.

Rain Halts Rockies-Orioles Matchup on Monday

Fans were hoping that raindrops would not be falling on their heads at Coors Field on Monday night as the Colorado Rockies faced the Baltimore Orioles.

Well, that didn't happen and rain fell so much that the game was delayed by umpires.

What Now for Rockies?

Ryan Feltner came out and performed admirably after feeling just sick for the Colorado Rockies.

He came on for Rockies starter Mason Adams in the bottom of the sixth inning against the Atlanta Braves on Sunday. Despite a yeoman's effort on the mound, Feltner gave up the game-winning hit in the bottom of the 10th inning.

Rockies Need to Avoid Drifting Toward 100 Losses

Well, the Colorado Rockies have been losing more games than winning them recently.

Hopefully, the ballclub will avoid another 100-loss season.
