Not A Great Start for Sugano

Tomoyuki Sugano has been one of the most valuable, if not the most valuable, pitchers for the Colorado Rockies this season.

Sugano had a job to do on Wednesday night. What was it? Keep the New York Yankees in check so the Rockies could avoid getting another loss.

Well, Sugano did give up some runs, but the Rockies' offense just was not there. He needed some run support. That didn't happen and Colorado is creeping closer to getting 100 losses.

Sugano just didn't have a good start, at least one good enough to help Colorado get in the win column.
