Former White Sox LHP blows World Series

The Milwaukee Brewers were three outs away from the first World Series championship in franchise history on Tuesday night, and it was former White Sox Rule 5 draft pick Shane Drohan who got the ball in the 12th inning.

Granted, an error put a runner on base, but Drohan then surrendered a series of hits and blew the game without recording an out.

Now the Rays have a little momentum heading into Game 5. I’m curious to see if Tampa Bay can keep it rolling and extend the series. If they somehow pull off a miracle and come all the way back, that 12th inning is going to haunt the Brewers forever.
