John Schriffen may not return

It seems like play-by-play announcer John Schriffen may not be back with the White Sox in 2027. His contract expired at the end of the 2026 season, and the White Sox are reportedly putting feelers out to potential replacements.

I generally got the sense toward the end of the year that the White Sox were preparing to move on from Schriffen. There have even been rumors of Adam Amin potentially being the next man up on the South Side.
